BP's net debt is now 21 billion. Holy crap ! we may as well get ourselves a load of debt and start drilling more wells as it seems debt doesnt matter in the markets !!

Oil averaged 75$ in December which isnt too bad considering it is the worst month of the year for consumption due to the festive holidays , bad weather and China still in lockdown. Surely the averages have got to be up from now !

Well the last TU stated £200mill (probably more) dividends and exciting opportunities ahead. To me that's enough to stick around here. 2.5billion undrawn facilities and 2bill fcf. And debt free in 2023 . Not too shabby

Well 4 weeks on Thursday is when our fate is known. Our only friend is the POO for the next 4 weeks , hopefully it can hold itself in this range and then we shouldn't fall too much further before investors start taking their positions again ready for the results which usually moves the SP in an upward trend. I really really really don't want to see new lows ..........

Cant wait to see what happens when the buy backs finish later this month. Then we will see a natural SP movement , and from then on we wont have long to wait until the full year results , and a nice divi to look forward too.

What is the worse case scenario from now for HBR? From what I can gather they don't actually need to invest in the short term as the assets they have are medium to long life. I suppose the POO is the most important thing due to the wft. Staying around the $80 mark will see us just fine.

What has happened to the US filling their reserves up again? Havnt heard much about that recently since they were empty

So....... with the ftse hitting all time highs today , what excuse do the government have to tax 75% of our profits ? There must be some link between one of the "strongest" markets in the world and the general economy , and if so then why is one industry being penalised massively? And I'd like to know who benefits from this tax? Because the ordinary person IS NOT benefiting.

Divi news will be the only thing to put a rocket up this shares **** ! Going to be a slow few weeks. 200mill plus will be a nice payday for us few shareholders. Just hope the SP doesn't tank and get stuck in another crap range. Imo I think we are safe until then.
