I read that Eni reported record profits yet their SP tanked due to future production levels. Markets are definitely forward looking thats for sure.

I sold out at 270p this morning after the big crash , to then see the sp rebound to 279p i was fuming ! will see what happens tomorrow however im sick of this volatility, news reporting on Russia , China , The Fed , the go green anti carbon gang , recession , inflation , WFT , blah blah blah. To see what the POO has done this evening im happy to be out the market at the moment. This must find the bottom soon surely.

I can honestly see the government withdrawing the 10% extra wft. Before that ridiculous hike everyone was happy, including the industry and public. The extra 10% was an absolute p*ss take.

Open a new short at 295p , wow.

Can't see this going to 275p because oil won't go much lower due to Russia cutting oil production in 2 weeks.

Opened this week at 324p , closed at 296p . Another week where nothing has changed. Maybe next week will reverse now Oil has sold off :-)

Used up the rest of the other half and bought back in at 296p so saved a few pennies I guess. The sp has held up well.

And here we go. The feeling was just in the air.....

Well unfortunately I sold half my holdings this morning after finding ourselves at this level again...... hopefully I can add the other half of what's left at 290p'ish , the chair Blair Thomas sold at the right time it seems ....... I still believe this sp will flourish in 3 weeks time on results day when a nice dividend is announced , but 3 weeks in the game is a long time so I'm a believer this will dip into the 290's in that time.

Well we havnt been sold off today so great ! Looks like we still have to crawl over the line on the 9th March hoping for some positive news.

Just had labour on ITV going on about how they would apply a windfall tax on oil and gas companies because they are making far too much profit. You can't make this up. Where the hell have they been in the last 6 months the thick pieces of sh*t !!

I was not around here at 450p . I arrived here at 405p and purchased my first lot at 393p thinking the government were calling a bluff over the extra 10% wft. That'll didn't go to plan. With expiring hedges , high oil and gas prices and producing 185 to 200bpd I don't see a problem here.

It's funny how EIG can sell and then the SP raises to 320p in a flash , yet now after we are back down to these levels again.

But this has far more upside potential.

What a load of rubbish. This is day traded and you watch this sp fly to 350p once the 200mill+ dividend is thrown at us.

Should of sold at 324p dammit and then bought back in now. Oh well, will soon be in profit once results day is here.
