I suppose harbour need to announce news about diversification. They can have all the money they like however where will it invest the money? Buying Shells Norway assets will be a game changer. We need big news and the market is clearly waiting for it.

I'm happy with that. "Some exciting opportunities ahead" sounds very promising. Less debt and plenty of opportunity to grow while offering generous shareholder returns. Just what I like to see in a company.

With the announcement today I would of thought we would of seen the SP tank in true HBR fashion , however its held steady so therefor I'm confident we will hear excellent news tomorrow.

I meant more draw down of debt and debt free guaranteed for 2023. Im surprised the licensing round was more successful than previously , so must be worthwhile drilling the NS under the current levy , however im sure Linda C would of looked into this and has something even better lined up.

Debt free , and other opportunities will offset the WT on Thursday im hoping ! I read HBR have reserves that will last 7 years , and with some further investments elsewhere (hopefully the Shell assets in Norway) we will see a great rise in SP. You have to remember this SP right now is extremely cheap !

Once we hit 335p i thought we were clear of these lows , oh well more of the same tomorrow and the next hopefully ! Oil still holding nicely. Also trading is thin due to the US holiday today.

Well we broke out of the 320p range on Friday so hopefully we can stay above until results day. Oil and gas prices look bullish so expecting to see the positive momentum continue. As for the windfall tax any news on the Norway deal being approved in the TU will offset this burden.

January is always the quietest month for pubs as everyone is spent out due to the xmas period. Im personally looking forward to the Mosaic Pub And Dining news , hopefully will hear soon about the takeover. That will be massive for the portfolio.

Well thats the day traders bread and butter. Especially with the SBB's kicking in daily. I don't mind that along as the board award us with a decent dividend. With the SBB's any positive news here and the SP will explode due to the lack of shares available as the company has been buying them back cheap !

Good writeup cheers Stevo. Sucks about the rubbish hedging but if it wasn't for that shares wouldn't be this cheap so guess it's best to load up before the rubbish hedging expires.

I'd much prefer brent to be at $80 , means the economy is healthy so therefor more oil consumed and less pressure from the government. And I don't know about you lot but I also don't want to be ripped off for fuel. The way the fuel price is dropping I can see part of the wft being removed. Atleast the 10% they just wacked on top of the 25%.
