Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
We can all now play poker with MB! When he scratches his head he's bluffing and when he shuffles in his seat he's gonna raise ;-)
On the subject of the delay I relistened to Mike Buck's webinar to see how definite he was when stating that he had been given the 'infamous' 3 month assurance. I wanted to see his body language and whether he was at all vague when saying it. There was no ambiguity however and he doubled down later in the clip saying they were the minister's "actual words." It is worth rewatching with the benefit of hindsight. It made me remain confident the LP will drop. If you watch his body language during this section and compare it to how he speaks about the raptor's timing and the six million bucks in the bank (before the fundraise) he does seem to be very certain on this point.
Curious.. I haven't got a problem with anyone admitting they slipped up. Yourself included. Whatever that document was it had me hopeful also. It seemed to fit the bill and may yet in time prove to be a another step in the process.
Mr Curious you intimated it yourself.
" New blocks will be signed up .... yep but where is the money coming from for this? We don't currently have an income and we have finite capital. Fund raise? "
A good liar has a better memory.
Owls most recent post had something I had not seen from the PM of Mongolia. This bodes well and I'm glad someone put it out there.
Its probably worth a relisten. Which I admit I haven't done yet but I will now to see if he left any ambiguity in there.
Its not overly optimistic to believe its coming soon. The minister has assured Mike Buck it will be sorted and we now have evidence that he has backed up this promise albeit outside the timeline stated. In my opinion Mike Buck was telling porkies about the timeline to prop up the share price over the winter before his placing. Remember he also gave the impression Velociraptor would be much sooner and even mentioned winterized rigs. The timeline was a ploy to support the placing and it worked. I believe the assurance was given but perhaps without the dates MB stated and we are now getting truly closer.
As an investor expecting good news soon I would much rather the starting point to be as high as possible before this news drops. If informed posts help to attract more investment an in turn help the price to rise I don't have a problem with this. Not sure why any investor would to be honest.
In fairness to the owl this glossy mag does have our block xx as a production area. Lets hope that is soon the case.
How could anyone possibly filter the owl. Entertainment value alone makes him a good read.
The placing scaremongerers seem to want it both ways. They tell us we won't get the LP so we'll have no activity this year. Yet they also tell us we'll need more money to do this nothing that they are predicting.
Once he gets the LP he is both. With the funds from Heron he can explore all he wants and bring in someone else to oversee the production. Its all about the LP.
Regarding rises in to spud I don't think everyone can count on the old trends anymore. I think the rise will happen earlier and tail off before spud. This seems to be the pattern recently. However if we go into it with the insurance of the LP and first oil etc... then all bets are off. My own prediction would be double figures on LP rising to close to 20p by around two weeks before spud. Then I believe most will top slice. If we strike at raptor I reckon high twenties, if not back to about ten but with volatility surrounding other news.
Very curious as we push into another weekend that a couple of topics are getting pushed.
The big scary issue of a fund raise. Gauranteed to frighten prospective investors.
Beware of rampers. Don't believe anything positive anyone has to say.
Sparks just a little of desperation when the big guns come out. Is someone hoping to prevent a rise into the weekend.
One of the most frustrating things about matd is trying to read between the lines because its so difficult to translate mongolian docs and posts etc.
However if you take all the info including RNS, Activists posts, BB comments and research you can make a judgement. Master has been particularly good at researching from Mongolia. I don't see him as a ramper. He is bringing new and relevent news to the debate and supporting it with pics, maps that include date stamps etc... Its not easy. When you try to translate the activists posts about the dead animals on PC land for instance it comes out differently every time. I have seen them called Hyenas, Ostriches, Antelopes and even nephews and grandsons but never sheep, goats or cows. You have to try to second guess some of it. One thing I did see that gives me hope is that the post by one activist, translated as "FRIENDS WHO SELL FROM MILLIONS OF TUGRUGS SHOULD NOT GIVE A F#CK, ENGLAND PEOPLE ??" was posted on the very same day as the document that master posted. 17th April.
I also believe it is on the way but I don't want to wait for it and delay the raptor drill. I think this would be a mistake. Any delay or failure to carry out an agreed plan of action reflects poorly. It will be an exciting few weeks.
A good point but PM have been between a rock and a hard place for quite a while. Mike Buck I imagine did not feel comfortable (or at least I hope he didn't) talking about winterized rigs and the possibility of drilling raptor early. In my view he did this to prop up the share price until he got the placing away. You have to remember there is a time limit on the block which has already been extended once. In my view it would have been worse to do nothing at all and relinquish the block. Especially if someone else came along later and found big oil. It is still only around 2 out of the 12million in the bank.
To insinuate Mongolia has no interests in PM is also overlooking their biggest holder and backer.
I think what is being lost here, conveniently or otherwise is that the minister is submitting the docs to his own government and cabinet. Not an opposition party. He is a minister who I assume is part of this cabinet. Rather like his PM has asked him to go and sort an issue. He is not returning to a hostile environment.
Curious is correct except there is also the option of designating an area special purpose land. This also overules the locals and is what we are seeking and quite likely have just achieved.
