It's abundantly clear that many on here need their hand held and wet nursing, imv they should not be investing directly in the stock market, funds and investment trusts may be less stressful for them. It's not nice to see growing losses or a large slice of your profits disappear but that's the nature of the beast. If you need a comfort blanket or reassuring every couple of weeks then the stock market is almost certainly not for you.
