Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
I'm with Halifax, I took up the offer and asked for more (which I got), they have been updated and are correct. I have used Halifax for years and find them very good. Shame about the sp but that's the chance you take.

I believe co's are allowed to issue up to 15% of the total number of shares in issue, with shareholders approval, which is sought at agm's. It's sort of routine even if the co decides not to issue them, it gives them some flexibility.
I'm with Halifax, mine are showing the post consolidation number.

Someone stated earlier that the bidders must show they have the money in place before the deal can be agreed, I believe AAL will have the money available from the 15th ie Monday, so I am not expecting a sale rns until Monday at the earliest but by Thursday at the latest. This is assuming we are on the right track with AAL, which I think we are.

I agree with Wtf12 and a few others re AAL and a JV, reason being I believe AA hold 80% of Bushveld so they are not going to be allowed to buy EUA outright IMO. Thinking competition issues here.
Question :- If there are say 3 buyers of various parts of EUA do all 3 have to be declared at the same time? Is it possible that 1 or 2 of the parts are already agreed and just waiting for the final part to slot into place?

It was only a week ago today we were updated and yes we are waiting for the assay results. These things take time so patience is needed. GLA
