Britain tried to join the EEC in 1961, that as many will know, later grew in to the Europeam Union. Macmillan spoke directly with De Gaulle as part of the negotiation but it was a common belief amongst some that we were (partly) rejected by De Gaille beacuse Macmillan insisted in speaking in French and had over-estimated his ability.

If Bell is proficient in French, I think that is useful and I think he will have maintained his ability. He is likely to know that story about Macmillan, who none the less was a decent Prime Minister.

There could have been good conceptual reasons, two or three years ago, to expect something to be imminent - as a matter of concept but reasons from timing and events that is was not chronologically imminent. As a matter of chronology - it may be that there have been more days, than there have been stages to the process.

One other thing I was considering though didn't say at 14:59, sometimes only main relevant details, as considered at the time by a person writing, are included to aid simplicity of expression and not slow down, a smooth read.

Re. 09:07: that was from third quarter report last year, El Limon Mill has been on care and maintenance since 2020 according to reading their webside yesterday, production from El Limon would re-start once production from Codero Mine exceeds El Bagre mill production capacity. It is possible that at the time of writing, El Limon mine was more within their focus - what was written on page 12 is neither negating or supporting the belief that there will be a royalty on ore from El Limin mill, a different empahasis in writing is not always meaningfully different and a bit of debate here doesn't necessarily mean a bit of a dispute elsewhere.

Also will add it is a lttle bit like RRR reducing its stake in one of its investments in the early years when it was a stronger company. If it does go through for POW it is a nice return.

RRR current situation is different, any potentially similar cash amount announcement would presumably be for a very diffeerent reason or two and if any cash amount approaching that sum was announced - even it was staged, it would likely be of a different proportional value to RRR for the reasons mentioned twenty minutes ago.

Just read that RNS with a couple of re-reads and read a few posts on that share chat. The third paragraph of the POW RNS from yesterday proves Banbury's second comment at 14:17 is not correct.

Am not saying it won't happen, just that POW said it depends on certain conditions being met and the proposal shouldn't be taken as a a guarantee of what will happen.

POW and RRR - significantly different market caps and balance sheets - if the same cash amount was announced as intended for RRR with an agreement in principle and explanation of how it would be achieved or that it has been achieved - that would be involving a value that is mutiples of the current market cap - improving the balance sheet if it subsequently went through, regardless of how the share price reacts.

Re. 22:24 - it is listen, then watch Zumore. At 2:54 in the StockBox interview he says "if things go as they should" that is not utterly confidant. Though he was confidant in both examples.

The StockBox interview is around 10/11 days before the situation in Goma which happened during the weekend following RRR RNS on 24th Jan which explained the 22nd January meeting took place - some people suggested even that wasn't going to happen. The relevant groups were asked to see if they think any more supporting evidence was required (approximating that from memory) as detailed from the 24/01/25 RNS.

The Goma situation flared up over the weekend ending 26th January 2025.

We don't know if the 24/01/25 RNS refers to something complex or something quite straightforward like a closing formality.

The difference in perceivable between the 15th January 2025 StockBox interview and the more recent 1 minute video from X which is from after the 26th of january, might even be as recent as this month, is not in my opinion, greater than the mischief making of your collation and incorrect explanation of built up expectation.

Why incorrect? Well you didn't believe and I wasn't surprised so neither you or mine expectation was built up and I think you were exaggerating the aim of communications and what would be reasonable interpretation.

Things will often happen that one party cannot control, could be anything, the meetings invole a matter of process and process takes time.

Overall I am content that the difference between those two examples is more a matter of time and events than a significantly changed perspective, hopefully progress will continue.

You are selective with a twist Banbury - 17:32. They did not say gold sales in 07/10/24 RNS as if it was a promise or future fact to occur by the end of 2024. It was expressed as a hope, in the context of something that is hoped for, no-one has been mis-led. I agree it would be nice to hear an update on Faso but I also remenber it was said on a recent RNS that not all developments require a separare update.

Also, you put too much emphasis at 16:27 when saying lithium was fully impaired. In the relevant section of the 2024 annual report it stated that the ALR lithium asset was fully impaired for the year - I don't think that is meaningfully different from what Bell said earlier in the report - so pretty open and I don't think anyone's "hand was forced".

To put that more succinctly and for clarity:

The second main paragraph of 16:58 and third section of that post is distinct from the first section so it is not from Soma Gold webdite.

The final section of 16:58 is after consulting RRR website and re. possible expansion of El Limon production from mine that is from previous reading and interpretstion of Soma commnunication which has beem reposted before.

Production from relevant interests to RRR would have to re-start before any relevant royaly stuff could re-activate.

RRR's interests are in the El Limon Mill and El Limon mine. Soma are looking to expand the asset re. what can be peoduced from the El Limon mine, because they think there is more resource for future production. It is not impossible to both produce and expand resource during the same period of time but I do not know if that is the near term plan. In any case, I think a bigger resource would be good for RRR just as I I think any near term production would be good for RRR.

The point Duley is that I don't think the detailed market cap for november 2010 in the article Banbury referred to at 15:11 is correct.

Helpful you might know what the approximate market cap was then? november 2010 was part of a six month period when tbe share price went from 1.77p to 14.25p.

I think it is fair to say, relevant to discussions last week, Bell and Watson both desvere credit for Jupiter Mines exposure, some people were also interested in gold in 2010.

Re. 15:11: Nah...

From the annual report of 2010: share price went from 1p to 1.77p by june 30th reporting period... Last six moths of 2010 the share price went from 1.77p to 14.25p. For the reprting period of that year the pre-tax profits were around about 4 and three quarter millions and in the 2011 annual report the pre-tac profits up to june 30th (includluding november 2010) the pre-tax profits were aprroximately 14 miilion pounds.

I think the article might be wrong by a decimal point regarding market cap for november 2010, Hepful you might know what the market cap was at that time given it is patly overlapping with a share price for the latter half of 2010 that was going from 1.77p to 14.25p?

That site on more than occasion was quite bullish on a stock that has been suspended for some time now and not for strong reasons. I agrred with them to some extent, already had it and twice did well in one wrapper but never timed starting points in the other wrapper verses an overall declining / weak share price and ultimately exited as each if us has a limit to how many positions it is sensible to have. Hopefully that company or its assets will return in some way, the point being even people with a high level of competence do not know the future. RRR's present is tangibly different to details from that article.

Re. 12:58 - if there were notes under X posts saying he was in France, UK, then clearly he wan't hiding anthying. As I said at 23:16, I think he subsequently took his location off or it it was automated in some way, most of the time he doesn't have his location listed on his X posts when back over there - fair enough. Banbury was trying to make a stew out of a vegetable.

Don't think there has been anything "trickster" about it, lools like location details are currently off which I have noticed is has been the recent norm when over there, when in UK - location details have tended to be recently on.

A three day interlude (possibly) effectively like a three day weekend is not a meaningful time difference to remaining there in this phase - in my opinion.

"Expect to remain" is antipicipation but not a promise, when various timing can't be controlled from that perspective, a possible three day weekend with a prompt return is not perhaps much of a difference nor a meaningful length of time difference compared to one's expressed sentiment from their perspective.
