As for the other stuff you referred to, a consideration of what might be possible given a fair wind is not the same as a prediction, when plans and method changed, there was a change of track in posting which I do believe negates that part of your post patly also because before the condisideration of the beleved to be possible there might have been an "If".

It is 8 years and 2 weeks that Helpful has posted on RRR Banbury, for 4 years and one third I am not aware of the share price significantly dropping below 0.58, it coincidentally gained on his second post that day and 2018 followed 2017 well - with a near double 5 months later (intra day 1.15p) and perhaps a slight gain on that peak in 2020, comfortably sbove 1p in early parts of that year. Four years and up to one third later the share price was quite close to 0.58 - so perhaps was reasonable compared to his first post for those years and that his more than half of his RRR posts.

Bannbury you posted a little bit in 2022 but most of your RRR posts in duration coincided with an overall declining share price.

Re. 09:24: closer to the amount for a deposit relevant to a "socoal build" perhaps which even if subsidised, the builders might have been fully paid. In London there has been subsidised housing for as low (if memory is correct) as a 5% deposit where a new owner could have brought part of the property for which they would have the right to buy more of over time. Not all shemes are the same.

I am temporarly out of that one not through fear or share price perception, had to create a bit of space for a separate investment, may well pick up a smaller position in Zephyr in the near future, did alright on it a few years ago, any recent losses are minimal compared to the gain, not bigging it up - just proportionally, like the assets and I have enough balanced belief for a liitle bit of exposure in due course, monthly saving method perhaps.

Well whether that big parapraph is real or not Banbury, this share chat is not the only one you have tried lord it and discourage people from posting, there was one when you were agreeing with someone opining they would take a rest because while polite, they agreed with the management a lot - which seemed to be inconvenient for you.

Zephhyr's assets are in a country known to be very good for the production of oil and gas and cereal.

Some used car salesmen might have done very well during the pandemic, there was a time when used cars were being sold at an average of a 32% increase compared to the pre-pandemic average and some people even managed to sell their used cars at a profit compared to when they bought their new cars.

Not impossible that some of these people might have bought a bit of gold and / or silver.
