I don't regard major shareholders as prvivileged few but shares for cash aspect is what I had in mind regarding dilution / backing re. 13:25 and responding to the third point of 13:08, thinking that that could have relevance to 12:56.

The third point of 13:08 might be relevant to the 12:56 post and potential dilution might not have been the favoured option but perhaps a backstop support if lack so far, of compensation and / or revenue - explaining perhaps, a delay but the £250000 cash payment would still be backed by major shareholders in such instance.

Re. 06:02: No Bambury, I do not just post on here but even if I did that would be perfectly fair enough. As I said to News once, I prefer (in theory) to just read the share chats (with maybe an occasisional comment) and there are some i just read now and again.

I had a RRR exchange with you and and at least one or two others during the 2023 rugby world cup, I musst have taken a break from reading this afterwards because I missed Bell's comments - if it is okay for him to post following the chat rules and the relevant regulations - it is okay for Helpful to post following the chat rules and relevant regulations, if someone posts more than someone else but they both follow the rules that is fair enough. If someone positive or negative or somewhat balanced between the two visits occasionally or regulary but follows the rules that is fair enough.

Re. 21:33: Tray556, With regard to the postponed £250000 payment from RRR to POW which was supposed to be paid two months after completion re. RRAL, put back to 13/09/24, presumably still not paid hence the upcoming vote to raise that money if needed in part by placing or in whole by placing - if this is paid by RRR via money, I don't think they would have to give shares to POW at that stage.

Could be wrong but the above is my interpretetation re. re-reading POW RNS of 13/03/24.

I can vote in POW GMs, AGMs as well and I continue to want good progress for both companies.

I will be supporting the RRR leadersip in voting for their recommendations, if I only had one holding in relation to the two companies and it was only relevant to RRR, I would still be voting with the same choice.

As said previously by me: each eligible voter needs to think things through and make their own choice on the basis of their own opinion.

My broker did not have the right proxy vote for RRR GM for 10/10/24.

I recommend all shareholders check the RRR website to be sure their broker has supplied them the correct voting option to relevant topic.

In case anyone has found it difficult, I think the route on the RRR website is: three lines top right hand corner... Investors, Reports and Presentations, Annual and General Meetings... 2024 (not latest) then you will see the relevant proxy vote for 10/10/24.

I had reached understanding just about - not as thoroughly on the maths that you explanrd clearly, but in principle.

What through me off and caused me to doubt 13:43, I actually privately thought I had been duped af 12:10 but now know that is not the case, is that my broker has simply provided the wrong proxy vote.

I have now managed to find the.relevant proxy vote on RRR website, it did not take several hours. : )

Re. 20:23, battary at 4% so not capacity to sufficiently respond, may have to seek further clarification now, all along last tw days I have just been considering the potential dilution of one POW payment outstanding of £250000 re. today. "Sunny side up" is just an overall perspective, well aware of the dark but sometimes that is followed by light.
