Fully funded I read as action costs only. M&A, acquisitions are extra. I'm not sure re licensing tbh. I'm really not that interested any more having learnt so much about anthropology.

Fuhai is really a chemicals/ downstream O&G company with just one oil asset. Clearly the potential gas project is predominantly for feedstock. This plan has clear advantages, they can balance their income between gas sales and supplying mostly polymer precursor plants with natural gas. This is a positive and perhaps explains why they (I think) outbid pure upstream producers.

So far so good but EOG are not exactly replete with cash and cashflow.

Therefore I call it a top-slice and hold pending further information and have done exactly that.
