Fair move, I didn't think I could justify adding any more purely down to struggling to understand the dense legal issues underpinning banking decisions. I was happy enough with what the future mine has within it and a basic knowledge of the extraction/refinement process.

I probably have way fewer shares than many on here so not exactly rolling in it.

Thrashed you haha, £0.005. Isn't it strange, the LTH v new investors schism? Watched this one for about eighteen months before actioning buys.

My view is, shouldering risk and effectively paying for exploration, PFS, DFS etc is EXACTLY what a company wants to do with it's shareholders. Trying not to play the game to their rules is my priority: often I fail though. A special well done to those who waited for the signing, even if they did pay 1.3 to say 1.7 pence.

My only real concern here is being bent over by the instis who will be participating in the equity funding.

Leaving aside political risk, commodity cycles and the soon to be determined ownership ratio I would honestly pause, consider why this is a strong buy*.

Well, my risk evaluation re fundraising (10%) I think we can agree is either negated or, minimised should global/local risks remain in abeyance. The RNS dealt with that yet it was not of necessity to reiterate existing risks clearly readable within company documents.

Please forgive me but in AIM firms awaiting income any investor not entertaining a dilution risk of one level or another is...sectionable.

Political risk remains! A complex issue. I am delighted that the country (towards the top of my bucket list) will benefit massively and that all those who joined early have shouldered almost unquantifiable risks: the HNWI's inc TW who said (I think in jest) that he was a HNWI until investing in KEFI could benefit in possibly less than the medium term...

Challenging times! So many parts to this process. I disagree with TW that it is an RNS approvals delay, probably it is a delay signing due to anomalies unearthed in the final stages by commercial lawyers.

If everything had been signed? It would have leaked.

An allowance has to be made for a placing, no investors should delude themselves. I would say low risk however...there is a reasonable chance that a placing would be at a premium. Happens occasionally!

It's worth consideration that the deal is still at the HOT phase, that more time exists, in my view, has not altered the current status of the farm in.

Hopefully a type of peace will exist, as for gold, are we observing the beginning of the end of the crapto-currency hype? bitcoin-in-treasury outfits have taken a bashing too.

The GP itself though has to be a risk, many years ago it was hyped by the usual suspect banks/brokers etc to a price target of $5000, it was not even close!

You say zero risk, I say 5-10% but likely at a premium.

They are taking it to the wire in terms of cash, I see nothing wrong with a say 5 mil fundraise which not only has a very good chance of being at a premium to the vwap but will bring in solid institutional investors.

Any shakiness at the meeting, a rescheduled match etc and I don't see any alternative.

A few who executed buys at the inflection point? Myself not precisely as joined after the 10.6 mil raise but before the most recent raise. Another raise is possible.
