Bradley if you wish to believe in the sanctity of a declared 'tight hole' I have no problem with that; I do not believe that sufficient security exists to guarantee such status yet I wish them well and respect the idea if not the reality.

Hulltiger I called the placing on the day of the RNS, fairly obvious that PRD needed money, drilling is horribly expensive and subject to a number of technical and geological risks therefore it was logical for the company to mitigate such risks by replacing and caching money in advance.

In the duster case and with a <10p share price at best a placing would have been extremely dilutive.

TBH not expecting to have called the fundraising a couple of hours max before it happened but sometime within a few days!

Good idea Razor, the company is a mini conglomerate in itself, not all of the risk reward is on MOU-1. Might do the same myself TBC.

Do another calculation Bradley, it’s not logical to assume that the netback value ie cash flow is equal to asset sale price: it is of course proportional but your calc leaves no or little margin.

A 300 Bcf find will make quite a few on here multi-millionaires although there are one or two already in that club.

Twaddle, no scientists can now apply for funding if the study results are likely to contradict the dogma.

I admit to being clinically deranged, nearly 7% of my pension pot in this minnow. Still, popping over to Jersey next month for the AGM if the met is suitable. Anyone with high six or seven figure holdings do please keep light pressure on the company to allow us to directly fund the appraisal campaign, pending the hoped for success at MOU-1.

In this manner we can potentially retain a larger share in what will be an inevitable farm out.
