Q of the day, GRH clearly is very experienced but have I missed him ever calling a placing?? Most of us with extensive experience of these AIM or 'AIM type' companies have fundraisings as THE top priority potential negative.

Strongly agree Gary, there is no doubt about the probity and intellectual capacity of the board: we attract intelligent and diligent investors who are, in the main, able to support the company with real investment ie open offers, rights issues etc.

1. Fluff up the sp for an imminent placing (could raise enough for MOU-4).

2. Standby for MOU-1 'appraisal' , pimp and place

3. Hope for a farm in partner if MOU-1 'appraisal' yields strong results. No one with an actual brain is interested in mud: what we want is CH4 and in commercial volumes.

4. Yearn for a farm in to the Irish prospects/discovery which could also firm up the sp for a lightly dilutive placing.
