I look on the T212 forum and it's Prem and Kodal dominated. Prem had a whole weekend of publicity.

Tm1 is very quiet by comparison.

If there are 2 million shares to be sold, that's 20 days at 100,000 plus there seem to be other big sellers.

It just doesn't make much sense to keep selling daily and depress the share price. Why not take a day off and let the price go up by a penny and restart, so you are a grand better off each sale day.

Next week might be that Dave the work experience lad has passed his driving test theory and caught a 4lb perch while fishing with his mates on Sunday.... This is an attempt at humour but after the comments yesterday and then seeing an RNS today, was a bit underwhelming.

There are a lot of buys showing as sells at 2.09p

5 transactions today selling 700,000 shares. Seems a bit odd if there is an expectation of very good news.
It's not like these are generating 70k or 700k but relatively small amounts that you might think could be financed in another way

The share price looks to be in the 2.70s at the time of that deal.
It perhaps has interpreted it as a buy as 2.65 at days end was well above the share price at the time.

Does this mean following the latest RNS that there are no bonds left to be converted ?

This was the previous one.
MBL has now converted all the Convertible Bonds it has purchased to date under the program, and hold no shares converted from the Facility. The remaining £250,000 of unconverted bonds are held by Atlas Capital Markets LLC.

Every sale needs a buyer ? Every buyer needs a seller ?
Why so little share price movement with a recorded ratio of around 3.5 buys to sells?

It was a sample ....it may or may not be representative of the open market.

Judging by the pattern of previous increases and if performance allows, will be looking at low 20p yearly dividend in the next full year.
Whether it's M&G or Phoenix, the yields are fantastic. Surely those yields at some point will force the share price higher.......
But .......how many people on this board have bought above 265p for example. If it's no one (may not be the best sample-in the nicest sense) then why would the SP ever get to 300p ?

I don't think everything is down to bots. Sometimes it's just not possible for larger trades to go through and so they have to be split up into smaller amounts.

This seems to be from the school that the share price never moves.
You don't need to be an investing genius to buy on the dip but you do need to do that if you want SP growth. It was 220p recently. 14% return to now on that figure
You perhaps don't want to buy at 260,270,280 which might explain why it rarely kicks on the 300p and above.

In the share price transaction tab, just 4 out of all those recorded show as buys yet the share price hasn't really moved.
Any idea why that is ?

I genuinely feel pleased for the people who bought early and stayed with the company over all that time. If you are sat on a loss hope today's and future events bring you into profit.

I may be wrong but with all that new money going in for the new isa year, the impressive dividend, buy now and this feels like a very good chance of profit up until ex div day.
