I was expecting a flat to slightly down day today after yesterdays 3.8% move up. With the USA closed yesterday, I'm expecting that the share price will wait for the ADR's to play catch up later today before taking direction from the US.

I feel once ITV does break out of it's trading range ITV may well react like a coiled spring, with a very quick 10p rise.

I agree Rick, share prices can be so easily manipulated with algo trading. A strong USA start may well see ITV share price recover the short term losses.

The powers that be are trying to hold ITV back from the share price breaking out I feel, it's happened so many time.

I'm no chartist, but looking at the ITV chart, it very much looks like a breakout to me. Someone commented on another board that 124p is the next stop. Looking very promising, a close above 112.50p would be good. IMHO.

I see future consolidation in the media sector, ITV are only a small company and will be swallowed up by a much bigger company, it's just a matter of time. Now that Brexit uncertainties and Covid coming under control we may see some action. All will become clear why LG have recalled their ITV 9.9% holding soon I think. There is a reason behind why they have done this.
