Janus, yes you're quite right, he will be using one of his other aliases more than likely BielsaBall2021.

I've put our Troll back on filter after his dishonest activities last week. Best place for him. Sooner or later he will get himself kicked off again. Problem is he will just use one of his many names. Why on earth someone would waste their time on a discussion board that they have no financial interest in is beyond me.

I agree Rob, ITV are cheap as chips. I'm expecting a re rating of the share price if/when ITV reinstate our dividend in March with our annual results. While I don't agree that ITV are 100% undervalued, I do agree with you that they worth a hell of a lot more than todays 114p. I also think that one of the large streamers will want ITV's back catalogue of content and future content that ITV churn out each year. It would only take one bid and other streamers may also join in with the bidding.

Take a look at yesterdays Proactive Investors article if you haven't already, regarding Netflix disappointing subscriber numbers. It's a fight amongst all the large streamers for new content.

Thanks mate, well I can assure you that my intentions are honourable as I have plenty of skin in the game. I'm a value investor, I see great value in ITV.

With Netflix new subscriber numbers falling and ITV selling less new content to the large streamers so that they can use it on Britbox, this IMO makes ITV more of a takeover target. The large streamers need content and ITV have plenty of it. A friend of mine has cancelled Netflix recently, he says that there is nothing on it that interests him. It looks like he's not on his own in cancelling.

The Netlix bubble has popped. That's what happens when you disappoint the market with a sky high valuations. This is the reason why I always invest where I see value in undervalued companies like ITV & BT.

Netflix Inc. expects to add just 2.5 million subscribers this quarter, a number that falls short of Wall Street’s estimates and would mark the slowest start to a new year for the company in at least a decade.

Shares of Netflix fell as much as 20% to $404.50 in after-hours trading, erasing about $45 billion in market value as investors braced for the prospect that the streaming giant is entering a new phase of slower growth. Walt Disney Co. and Roku Inc. also slumped.

Netflix added just 18.2 million customers in 2021, down about 50% from the record year before. It’s forecasting that slowdown will continue, at least for another quarter, with the outlook for the current period missing Wall Street’s projection for 6.26 million new subscribers.

The pool of shares in ITV is very low, with no big sellers out there. Don't be fooled by corrupt GS who have history.

BINGO..... The penny has finally dropped. Yes I agree, one day a bid will come in for ITV. It could happen at anytime, today, tomorrow or in 5 -10 years time.

The bank says that Drahi is now focussed on the pursuit of BT and ATUS.
