So you know the capabilities of FTE:) What do you make of their last 5 years performance?
10% in the last 10 days. to the SP isnt doing well, its barely registerign a recovery at all. And considering the 10% spread, and transaction fees then i am not sure how much profit you can be making at all.
That you werent in profit?
Which part do you disagree with?
Make that 124,000% increase to get back to 3p, Somehow you'd be better off investing in GKP and holding for those years as you would only need an 8000% increase to get your jacket back from 400p...
Is a company that had an SP of 3p just a few years ago. they had assets of 20 million. and yes they were losing money but a couple of million a year. Last year they lost 30 million. And you think the SP i doing well to recover 10% from being down by 99.92%? it would take a 1240% increase to get close to being back there.
The SP would need to increase by 300% to get to its pre August the 1st number lol. The shares are literally worth nothing. 10% increase is nothing.
Licensing renewal got declined. What did thr BOD actually do for 6 months afterwards? They were being paid, but i want to know what they did. What meetings did they make, what did they do to progress other assets. How were they building the companies value? These questions need to be answered,
What you say is correct - to an extent. However it is certainly true that the BOD took actions that have directly impacted the share holders and therefore that the shareholders have a right to voice an opinion on them and the company. The decision to take money from Darwin. AND buy Olympic Domain - but then do nothing with it at all?! The non renewal and costs associuated with the last licensing agreement. All the ;'assets; that have a value of millions, but are worthless somehow. Its a bit misleading to say that the company has been well run
Why did they take money from Darwin to buy Olympic domain in the first place? Why dont we sell the asset on if it has so much potential? None of it makes any sense, had the company not done that and gone straight into an RTO then we would be billions of shares better off. I want audits.
The sale of existing assets could net them what, 5 million, 10 million?
So who's selling them and where are the buyer? I thought they were hot assets!
With olympic domain project anyway? This asset is worth about the same as the company market cap. Plus we have another 10 million of resources dotted around the world.. what's fte doing with them?
So if the price doubled after coming out of darwin, so what its like 90 % down it would need to go up 10 times to get back to what is was PRE darwin...
Someone said darwin wouldnt convert at these prices;)
However this could be a good time to buy in, ex dividend date is this month (not yet passed) and the SP is at a low. Bad news priced in and potential to recover. this is usually a profitable business.
1 yea 0.2p, 3 years 0.2p, 5 years.. who knows.
0.475 buy
fyi
I sold right after your post, it was well said and well timed. Had i held any longer i wouldnt have made anything. im just gutted i couldnt get out at 0.6...
