Dont be silly, the company was DOA.
That they have survived this long is a miracle of smoke, mirrors, and nothing more than sheer hope and loonacy.
I say vote no. Force the bod to take action. Do not allow them to continue as is.
The company is little further on than years ago it's true.
Val being a bust is basically a fact. There is little to no hope if commercial progress if there has been non so far.
Any future placing wre just to pay wages whilenothimg new happens I'm afraid.
How about the BOD produce a business plan with a roadmap with tangible milestones showing from here and now to commercialisation/monetization.
It's been 10 years of zero revenue/zero deals. How long realistically does the BOD think this is sustainable for?
If they had to sell one product yo fund another so be it. But what is the new plan?
George said I didn't know what I was on about...
But I work for a publically traded company with revenues over $15b in 2019 as a commercial manager, who's share price has risen significantly over the past few years...
The fundamentals of any business are the same. No revenue streams = death spiral.
Heck even SAR took a deal and are receiving milestone payments...
It's clear that the bod has virtually zero commercial acumen.
It's also clear that they have run the company like a charity. That all investments were expendable without need to show any real ROI , no pressure to sign commercial deals for milestone payments to fund that or other research programs.
No business can continue to try to attract investors having turned over no real revenue or prospective revenue streams over an 11 year period.
Hence the SP is where it is.
Andi got thiseeply from their official info@val.
I dont even know if this is the ramblings if someone at the bar or if the work experience kid has taken the mic?
"Tell him to take care . That is all we need to make a claim. The sweet we will get some win only guys going gains some of these including Jason P and VuJu along with spain Keep to the facts and mr Oakes."
Freddie,
Would you ask George if he understands that a traded company is in fact owned by the shareholders and therefore every decision made must be made to enhance the value to the shareholders.
Therefore if they have had opportunities to sell or partner up before why haven't they done this instead of diluting the share prices by a factor of 100 (or more).
They are responsible to the shareholders and are obliged to act in the shareholders best interests.
Doesnt have the brain to make it onto a bb like this one.
I actually think he is a conman, sure he might have had a bit of an idea but since then all of the actions take arenot that of a competent and legitimate board member of a trading company.
What was that guy called on here who said he bought £100,000s of shares ? I forgot his name now but unless he sold he probably took a 90k loss...
And he would just never accept that he was going to lose more and more and said he was in touch with George and the bod?
I accept I personally made a loss. What I wont see is them conning fresh investors and continue to take a wage with so little skin in the game and a blatant disregard for basic financial performance.
I believe that they want to see the compound work, but see the company as an expendable vessel and will just continue the research regardless of how much investors money they throw away.
