There’s not much to say at the moment. Imo, it will almost certainly involve a share issue to raise funds for Mokopane or brownfield, but I await news from the Company to set out their full plans.

The share price will trade in line with AIM.

Looking at Asia Metal % increases, FeV must be into the high $90's per kg in all regions now.

Nitrovan has most probably touched $100 per kg already.

H2 2019, production somewhere between 3,750 and 5,000 tonnes pa, FeV rates sky high and a market cap in excess of £1 billion.

An offer comes in at up to a 100% premium, say £2 per share.
It may be a tempting price to many shareholders....

But what about Mokopane, Brits, Electrolyte, brownfield, Eskom and BE!

Even if we ignore the massive existing undervaluation, we must be due a very swift rise once the strike is sorted out.

Prior to the strike we were moving up nicely with a high of around 28p.
The Sojitz acquisition immediately adds 27% to this, giving 35.5p per share.

But also, the FeV price has gone up from $80 to near around $100 per kg.
An additional $20 per kg, less royalties, less commissions gives around $18 per kg extra profit.

Even multiplied by our old production of 3,000 tonnes gives $54m extra profits per year.
BMN share 75% - $40.5m extra profits.
That is £31m.
Post tax £22.32m.

Assuming a low PE of 10 gives an increase in market cap of £223m.

An additional 20p per share, solely due to the increased FeV price.

That gives an initial target of 55p, just to keep the old undervaluation in tact :)

So strange, a 500k sell goes through without being delayed and it doesn't affect the bid price and I still can't buy any shares on II.

Well they have been shipping to the US ok.

Can't buy any shares at 26p.

I've had a look at the stock position and it appears that we have plenty of stocks to see us through the current strike.

Finished goods at 31st December 2017 were around 312 tonnes.
H1 - we sold 43 more tonnes than we produced, leaving around 269 tonnes at 30th June 2018.
H1 - we sold around 54 tonnes per week, meaning we have around 5 weeks worth of stock.

Sales shouldn't therefore be affected by the strike for some considerable time.

Hopefully it will be sorted out soon! :)

Perfectcadence, ok it seems that I need to explain it to you.

You say that selling stock means that 'the balance sheet will take a hit.'

Well as a chartered accountant you will know that stock is included in the balance sheet at the lower of cost or net realisable value. So when stock is sold, you are replacing an item in the balance sheet that is valued at cost, with another item in the balance sheet that is valued at sale price (trade debtor).

Therefore when stock is sold, your balance sheet gets better, not worse!

With figures.
100 tonnes of stock in the balance sheet - stock value is say $2m.
100 tonnes of stock sold - balance sheet value $9m.

A vast improvement in the balance sheet position.

Its really quite a simple thing, but it seems difficult for you....

Maybe you should change your name to something without perfect in it? ;)
