2019 - FeV at $125 per kg.23 Sep 2018 17:47
When you consider that FeV prices are already in excess of $100 per kg, who knows what they could achieve in 2019.
The supply deficit won’t be going anywhere for many years. Demand is increasing and no new supply is coming on line.
My new favourite word is ‘frenzy’ to describe the current state of the vanadium market - ‘a state or period of uncontrolled excitement or wild behaviour.’
The frenzy in the FeV market is having an incredible affect on profits.
FeV is again expected to fly this week.
Imagine FeV prices of $125 per kg for 2019 - which could prove to be conservative.
Even if we use increased costs of say $35 per kg and production of 3,750 pa, our share of post tax profits becomes a crazy £140m!
A PE of 15 gives a share price of £1.89.
A PE of 25 gives a share price of £3.16.
That’s just for Vametco on 3,750 tonnes of production. There’s so much more to come after that!
Our future is looking quite incredible.
So exciting! :)
