What a rollercoaster ride this share is.

At least all this 'messiness' is playing out through a share suspended period !

And I'm now a bit more confident again that our share suspension will continue for a reasonable while yet.... which I'd be all for... indeed very thankful for.

Such a brutal journey here, alas... And a terrible bet for me generally.. but I've had plenty of big wins in AIM O&G thankfully.. and taking the rough with the smooth is the nature of this brutal betting game.... it can still 'come good in the end' of course too

Mates rates - to allow them hugely get their average holding price down.. but Pi's would be granted the same opportunity too - comes to mind for this potential raise.. but you've got to hope the Nomad will be acting as some sort of fair arbitreur

Generally, my guess is this path is now very likely to be pursued.. and assurances given that the offer won't change off the back of todays s/p - further - collapse ... and as you don't want to get too close to running out of money, perhaps done by this year end too.

And after a long search, its the best option they've been able to find... and as a very substantial discount to current s/p - raises are often at a small /medium discount not a huge one - the Nomad believes it to be material information an so RNS advance warning appropriate... But big ouch

Looking in here for second time this morning and another volatile day, seemingly..

And after the hardcore buying quickly followed by the hard core selling action here recently, perhaps MM's have been left with a good chunk of this doggy/mongrel stock on their books now and want rid of some/plenty ahead of likely suspension on Friday .. and lowering the price usually a good way encourage more buying ?

If this under 3p next week maybe Mr WOS stay on holidays longer.... much longer even?

And come back in February as new Alias eg OSAS (Owl Speak And Speak) :-) ?

Anything can happen in this game.. so a good BB, by definition, has to be a broad church.. and the bulls and bears just let each other roll.

(Generally, wide experience in the AIM game shows me that the uber bulls are, on average, the most dangerous posters to a persons wealth in this game .. be they CEO's like Art Trotter ... or posters here like......)

I'm changing my - guessing - views bit by bit here... from semi bullish towards bearish..

I have rather not seen Miton selling down/out quick smart here.. and I'd have rather seen the company issuing their period accounts at the end of this month while sale negotiations are ongoing instead of not doing so...... and to the question of whether the company were reactively - to letting it be known they wanted to sell up - or proactively approached re this potential sale event; I'm veering more and more towards the reactively and away from the proactively now...

So sitting on the fence with only my - tiny - remaining 500 gbp in play here is now more likely the way i'll go next week.. ( ahead of likely suspension at beginning Oct )

But all a guessing game .. so place your bets or not as you see fit.. and good LUCK to you all in your bets here and elsewhere !

You - and Noel Shemp - buying punchily from 30p to 40p would see us back in the 40's I'd expect Tyretread ?!

I've been in and out of this for many years .. and in that overall time window the person who called this share best by a long -long - was was FK1.

Meanwhile, back at the fort.. I can't help thinking the potential reward here in coming months justifies taking a punchy bet risk around these s/p levels.. and having added some around 3p recently, I'll look to add more again into any further weakness here .. hopefully for long suffering there isn't any further weakness (and good news and a rally would see me add some more back into that rally here too)

(as I posted yesterday, the averages that most II's and Pi's here have are generally much, much higher than the current s/p... another contributing factor for me selling 90% of my holding here ..across 39p to 43p range)

The wording of the RNS and a - good/well researched - post from Ripley yesterday at 3.15pm helped me reach the conclusion I did re small to no dividend and this not being an outright sale of the listed company, roly

Told by them options on what they might use any money for , which might be used to pay debts , might be a payment to share holders .

Remainder would be a listed for now shell company .

Generally, I'd be absolutely for the Nomad having detailed conversation directly with the Auditors, with Brian not being involved in any way in this....

'Incompetence' in term of lack of understanding or focus of what's going on 'on the ground' in his business would be more the way I see it than 'bent' btw

Having already had plenty of corrections/amendments from auditors in the previous history of hmi.l, why would BM incorrectly put out an 27k h1 invoiced and delivered RNS a few months back, when/if he knew auditors were going to decimate that figure soon after when compiling the half yearly accounts.

My thinking is KP Fertil was invoiced invoiced and delivered to that 27kt quoted in that end June RNS.. BUT, en masse, not paid for in the first half period .. hopefully part/all paid for in a future period eg after harvest ..etc... but maybe plenty was 'returned' unpaid for whatever reason(s).. eg the market price for the product was brought down again and again across May June July August and those who had bought at much higher prices refused to pay and told them to take it back ..or maybe something else like farmers and or the market is so strained generally that the Banks that had arrangements for lending to farmers to buy the product from hmi and the farmers paying those banks back after they'd sold their harvested crops withdrew from offering such arrangemente in recent months.. etc....

Ps Noel S, for the record, I did range trade successfully my most recent bet here.. 15% ish up overall .. a small 'win' granted... but up and not down is the goal of this AIM gambling game we play .. and that's about the 4th time overall I've short ish term range traded decently/well here.. Granted, I'm still a few grand down in total involvement here from way back.. but I'm thankful as it could have been much-much - worse ..as this has been some mongrel of a share overall.. still this might even change to puppy even going forward .. or might not.... who knows.. as all sorts of everything happen in this game....

.. after sleeping on it.. I dumped most all my remaining holding here around market open.. in the hope of incrementally buying back around 30p .. no idea if that'll be a good play or not..

Generally, I do think they will achieve this cyber business sale here ... and for many millions too.. maybe 10m + gbp even.. how much of that shareholders would get in a special dividend is the big question in my mind.... my guess is very little if any... and they invest most all proceeds to create a 'new business' ....and I'd be happy being light these shares while taking time to understand if I like what this 'new business' might look like going forward..

I hadn't even got around to thinking about that 33k carried over from 2022 .. i'm in such shock/trying to process the 27k vrs 7 odd k

One thought that eventually came to me was that a lot of product they had invoiced and delivered -later - in half 1 was just not paid for in the end for whatever reason(s) .. and so figures had to be revised way down subsequently to that 30th June RNS ( returned as farmers changed their minds on wanting it / or those farmers had cash flow problems and couldn't pay ...etc..)

Even Smalleyus will be shocked by these figures, I expect

And more generally he has been the most 'in tune' poster here by GALAXIES for most of my time here. I again tip my hat to you Sir; and while I always listened somewhat to you and more and more as I went too, I now wished I'd listened much more again.

A question to Smalleyus, if I may:

Todays RNS : During the half-year ended 30 June 2023, Harvest sold 7,280 tonnes of its organic fertiliser, KP Fértil®,

30th June RNS : ''News sales orders invoiced and delivered total 27,000 tonnes in H1 2023 versus budget of 60,000 tonnes.''

Can you further help me understand the differences in the above please?
