RE: Update25 Oct 2024 12:51
Plenty of mainstream global markets continue to do well, so 'global s+itstorm' is not a choice of words I'd have gone with with.
AIM market is indeed on its knees, alas.. and has been for a few years now...but many of the companies and management on it are a joke, in truth... and it's a somewhat dying market by plenty of definitions.. ( eg no's of co's listed keeps declining.. including new to market co's no's being tiny these years ...etc )
Per the strong fundamentals here that Mr Zap touches on below, I actually think this is a better BET than most - but defo. not all - in this AIM sector, especially in 2025. However, that Mr Colin Bird is somewhere between untrusted and despised by many existing AIM Pi's -and micro cap II's, I instinctively feel too -is an issue.. and he's not going away, in 2025 anyway. Still, lots of news on Zambia assets development in 2025 should help this s/p start rallying from spring/summer next year ish imho.. not least including it being worth appro 1.5p p per share now on fundamentals imho
Caveats: If leading markets such as US mainstream ones take hit(s) in 25 for eg, AIM could get further battered too, alas...and the World economy needs to perform decently in 2025 to underpin a POC rally that's important to aiding xtr.l s/p appreciation.
