anything under 1p and I'd top up significantly here.. I'd be surprised if it goes under 1p though and very - very surprised if it goes back to .75p.. but anything is of course possible. (generally, buying at anything between 1p and 1.5 p is a decent 1 year horizon bet here imho )

Thanks for posting and I've listened to that podcast now and including listened to plenty of CB podcasts previously I found this solid and progressive and enthusiastic but not inspiring or exceptional. But it did re-inforce to me that he loves the mining game and in such geographic environments he's savvy and wiley and a decent to good player of the long game. And I think we are starting to come into a s/p meaningful part of the Xtract journey and I expect - aka hope - 1.25p will look cheap in due course. But I continue to see this as at the tricky and high risk end of tricky and high risk shares. ( and I play lots of tricky and high risk shares as a rule )

my previous best case on results was average.. for them not to come out this week is disappointing and leads me to downgrade my hopes somewhat: I'll now go with - in order of likelihood - poor, bad or very bad.. but it's the post period and forward looking commentary that I was most interested in … I still think that can be decent or hopefully even a bit better than decent.

indeed Agadem.. and how many more in the in box are higher priority for sign off than ours is alas another unknown.

And the reason the co. hasn't updated us recently is they have nothing meaningful to update us with, I expect..for eg the timeframes for sign off on this deal remain unclear to them.

If this deals remains unsigned thru August and September my guess is the s/p will go into single figures.. where the s/p is now is pretty tragic, where we could go might render pursuing this deal an awful bet, whatever..

things are only just warming up 'ere.. I expect the next year to be far from boring

very strange wording of last para indeed .. even if they are aware of a - very - likely higher offer than 18p they are not aware of how high the s/p might go between now and whatever announcement after completion of FSP.. eg if s/p goes into 30'sp an they announce a recommended offer in 20's p.. but you strongly advised us to hold our shares until FSP process ended..

if you asked me a week or two ago if sub 11p in August was a possibility I'd have said very unlikely but it seems indeed to be a clear possibility now jfk9.. the volatility in the games we play is 'for real' .. 15p not to mind 20p seems a long ways off to me at this moment.... but things can change quickly and often do.. be that 10p or 15p next I have no idea though :-)

results this coming week, I expect (aka hope) .. If no I'd see it as a somewhat worrying thing..

Posters who make far more good calls on upcoming s/p movement than bad are in a small minority on BB's imho.. and precious to a bulletin board .. so great that FK posts here and please continue to post here FK..

On reflection I'm still comfortable small topping up at 5p.. if 4.5p I'd do a bigger sized top up and at 4p I do a considerably bigger sized top up.....if lower again I'd then go for large top up(s) till I got back up to a gbp 5 figure position.. but here's hoping for other longs sake that it finds a bottom in the 5's and then bounces..

'ells bells, this is now off by approx. 50% from recent peak and in the context of Manica 'ard Rock on the 'orizon and non Manica projects kicking off too and potentially Ok alluvial income in Q3 and raise complete, that's a lot in itself imho

If little news is forthcoming in coming weeks further down drift is alas a possibility granted.. so some regular positive news please CB ! and I'd feel if this went under 1p that it's looking cheap now to me and I'd do a decent top up... and would do more decent again if further weakness again....Hopefully for the long suffering it doesn't go under 1p though.

My deduction from todays interaction is, on results this s/p might go up, or it might go down or it might even stay the same :-)

This s/p is dead in fear of next raise .. aJV would be structured cash now for payback from future proceeds when they materialise, and that will likely change the narrative here completely and s/p goes up well immediately off the back etc eg farm out o&g can see big sp rises .. and the better the rep of the partner the bigger the immediate/ongoing rise etc ..

Is saying ‘at least Sino II haven’t walked off site’ not in effect the same thing as I’m saying CE ? :-) And indeed to that comment of yours .. and I’m thankful for that too .. and July indeed looks decent .. so hope springs eternal .. and lots of good big picture stuff in the frame now too .. etc

alluvial production in the quarter was somewhere between disappointing and extremely disappointing in my mind. But things alluvial mining might pick up in the next quarter and we have Manica 'ard rock and sundry other non Manica activity coming closer and closer... so best look forward with hope and positivity imho..

a bunch more holes = more raises at lower and lower s/p levels = worse and worse dilution atop already awful dilution..
hopefully, if further scoping is to be undertaken, a further scoping JV partner would, net net, be a better plan.

Buying Lnd for even 2p is £25m ? approx. (5p ish decently north of £50m?) then large development spend on top.. and no meaningful offer has not been forthcoming so far.....and the report will of course say it's presenting enough evidence for such an investment decision to be made.... but no meaningful offer has not been forthcoming so far....

I see now from a previous post of yours a few months back that you predicted this going to 6p off the back of a H&S pattern.... good shout !...just so I'm clear, the pattern is then for this rally from 6p ? ...or the pattern is for this to continue on falling from 6p or that pattern is complete and a new one has to be given time to form ahead of your next clear view on future price movement?

the JV towards investment not to build the mine and produce but to prove out the macro business case decently further so a big player has enough confidence to justify buying Lnd with a view to taking the resource to long-term production..

Or is there enough info now confirmed to justify a player buying Lnd and investing the 100m at this stage ? (I guess not .. hence further scoping required.. but you guys know much better than me.. 15 years plus scoping sad but regardless )

As you say, this may have already been clusterf*cked .... hence I bet small only here and see as a trading stock.. eg I'd happily sell my holding at 1.5p-2p if the chance presented itself... and I understand I can lose close to all or all my bet even with an average of under 1p

a proper dump happening now seemingly/sadly.. how low this goes is hard to tell.. worry about a placing/doing a placing at low s/p levels etc.. I just did that additional small top up at 6p..wasn't that keen on doing it in truth but it's a small amount and I still have reasonable/good medium term hope here.. I'd do another top up around 5p only now..and I very much hope for the rest of longs suffering here that it doesn't go there..

funny Urban Racer ! and as it takes little to move such illiquid stocks either way you mightn't be too far off with your theory on where the buying came from :-) ( at least that allows trading opportunity and AIM is a Traders market now imho)

And agreed this is a nice BB .. but the brutal ones can be better for your long-term financial health imho... as they at least give ongoing reality checks on how low that AIM share can - and often does - go... and what an unparalleled money reducing agent for long only players AIM generally is.

Generally, JV is more likely than buyout here imho and that likely only for funds for further scoping up a bigger area again imho.. better than a bunch more raises and related more downs for the s/p perhaps, but JV terms mightn't do too much upside good for the s/p either.
Any company or gold play part of company only buy out at this stage might also be for a low number anyway as the actual mining of the gold even in the cheap access scenarios here will still cost very big money.. and problem is 2p for eg might work for management with lowish averages on shares held and options coming into the money etc who want out but for long - suffering - termers that's likely a bad/very bad outcome.. so you have to try and keep a lowish average with shares like this and that usually requires deep pockets and heavy sweating, as even what seems a very - very- low s/p at any given time can, and usually does on AIM, go lower again and again and again... etc.. eg Landore
