given the large positions they already have here at relatively very high average prices, even for eg small scale buying from existing II holders here to average down somewhat would still see millions of pounds of buys here.. that would not only take out the recent constant trickle seller quickly but likely hoover up frustrated Pi's looking for quick outs in 8's and 9's and 10's p figures pretty quickly too.. and then perhaps see this s/p pushed on up into the 11p- 15p range too.. imho and hopefully

hopefully that piece of high quality financial analysis that 'iteriskythat' posted here over the weekend will be the basis of a turnaround here.. and among the best posts ever posted on this BB !

The likes of -premier- miton not selling into any buying would be key to any meaningful rally on up I expect. So still a tricky share of course.

IF a company turnaround is now genuinely underway here then under 2p is still very cheap imho.. but you have to take a view on whether this is turning around... (or not !)

If cash collection is ongoingly as strong as it seems then this is very undervalued indeed currently. Hopefully the half yearly fully supports this thesis.

If yes, then Directors should be thrilled to buy low anywhere even close to here, and management staying strong and not doing some sort of mates rates placement to existing II's - seeing them average way down via off market - for eg for some acquisition that is just not necessary at this time is very important !

(eg Trafigura have just bullied Peter Levine into doing an unnecessary placement to bring their average price big down in their PPC holding and PI's have dumped in anger and new II's are steering clear perhaps because Trafigura may well have this guy in their pockets..and the s/p is wallowing near all time lows, even though the company is as strong/good shape as it has been for years ...imho )

Generally, the good thing about illiquid names is meaningful buying IN THE OPEN MARKET can push their s/p's up very quickly indeed. Again , a few million quids II buys in the open market here is peanuts to them yet likely very significant for this s/p.

I notice TSG down a bit today and this up... perchance, that's not you selling a bit there and doing some cheeky buying here NS ?! ( FK permission to do so forth coming over the w/e on the quiet perhaps:-))

This company could easily be a good ways down the path of turning itself properly around now..

and from the decent buying recently it seems I'm not the only one who thinks that's a clear possibility..

it may not be of course, but if it is 1.5p could look very cheap even in a few months time..

eg I remember - approx 7 years ago - when this was over 50p.. sure there have been some raises here since, but far from ridiculous levels of raising and even allowing for those, IF this is a turnaround story in the making the upside potential is of course huge from 1.5p..

Fine post ColdBuffet.. and pleased to see you've gotten out of a hole here.. and the likes of George Inn getting plenty back too is great .. and Timmy too.. and the thing I'd most like to see here is Viveka doing very well out of this altogether.

Shares like this is why AIM is so exciting.. in an awful sense and in an amazing sense... not in equal parts granted but for those with courage and strong nerves survival and even thrival happens in the even most ridiculous situations...

And hopefully this share has got a lot more giving still to do !!

A stock like this could certainly do with a game changer occurrence to help it make a serious comeback.

In pharma / bio some sort of a meaningful link to co-vid can see a stock price quickly go exponential.

Here there's a genuine potential Co-vid game changer occurrence too imho:

Does the new paradigm of protecting huge numbers of company employees working from home, alongside some working from the office too, not present an amazing additional business opportunity stream here ?

You're as entitled to you opinion as I am Noel.. all a game of chance and so being right the last time and time before etc.. doesn't guarantee you're right the next time.. as nothing is guaranteed in a game of chance..

Including my average of 1.3p currently and not a big bet on and barely down overall in my previous altogether years of involvement here and a max. bet limit of decently under 10k here I'll be ok here whatever.... even at a push I lose 5k that's not a lot on a scheme of things anyway... and IF this company is turned around it could see double figures again in due course.. of course it may go to 0 too.. but I'm happy with MY risk / opportunity altogether..

Off market buying though a company placement for whatever reason seems by far the favourite way for II's as a rule in my experience on AIM VS.. eg those placements at 35p and 28p ..

The key to achieving open market buying from II's is to give them the confidence to do it.. and AK may have to properly encourage this imho.. and not just do whatever easy 'mates rates' placing off market.. but the thing is II's are so big a dependency here he could easily just do whatever they first suggest..

btw: the update we just received was in no way guaranteed to be that solid.. maybe even well informed II's were somewhat worried ahead of it too.... but now they can be more at ease.. and so a new paradigm from here hopefully .. where the s/p can start coming back via whatever way or other..

I should have explicitly included the following in my afore post : the fear that II's generally seem to have in buying in the open market for AIM names is that as soon as they stop buying , liquidity dries up again and the s/p is easily 'brought' back down.. a multi month share buyback scheme, even of moderate size, kicking in off the back of any buying exercise they might undertake would allay such a fear a lot imho

How about AK showing how canny a true Scot can be by indicating to his II's base in the presentation round off the back of this good solid update that the company would of course see an appropriately sized share buyback exercise as a good value enhancing idea from later in 2020, finances permitting.... and the II's therefore have further confidence here and so add in the open market ahead of any possible buyback scheme, and this s/p goes back into the teens and AK then does a small size slow burn buyback exercise - eg USD 4 or 5m over 6 months - to help this share at least sit very comfortably in a more respectable 13p to 19p range ?!

in my mind this could trade anywhere in the range of .7p to 7p over the next 12 months and as it's 'only' 1.35p as i type we're still at the very low end of that range.. so i'm happy holding now and even potentially accumulating some more here too..

While it may not be, and while still early to be clear if yes, there is of course a chance that this business is now on the cusp of turning itself into a bottom line profitable and growing business.. and this new working from home world could be a God sent for flx ?!

Putting a fair value on the s/p in afore case is something I'm struggling with.. but it would be more than the 1'sp or 2'sp or even early in any resurrection, I'd offer.... and, in such situations, I'm always conflicted by taking a small trading profit and looking to buy back in lower versus missing out on any sort of real re rate....

But the first thing i want too see is executives aside from AK building out decent holdings here.. great if AK adds more too of course.

My guess is as the audit of last years accounts is not yet complete that they may be in restricted/closed period still ? But as soon as audited accounts for 2019 are published then buying from executives should happen, please !

And if cash accumulation continues in current decent vein a $5 to $10 m share buyback later in year would absolutely be extremely helpful here too.. as, of course, would any new or existing II buying IN THE OPEN MARKET ( and I hope management are lobbying II's hard to buy IN THE OPEN MARKET off the back of the good solid update they've just RNS'd)
