Great if you're right thedarkknights.. and I can see why you say that around this time.. and I somewhat agree.. my cavaet is that shares like this with very drawn out jouneys are extremely tricky and unpredictable as a rule..

I didn't listen into that zoom presentation but am guessing from lack of s/p action that it was more jam tomorrow..
Anybody got any feedback from it ?

Generally, I still think - aka hope - there can be at least some fireworks here on some sort of decently progressive news sometime in q4 this year.. here's hoping ..

reminds me that the cost of those salta wells versus expected output has always struck me as on the expensive side.... and sundry production outages still an issue..so disappointing RNS imho.. and doesn't surprise me this s/p comes off a little this morning.. at least at these - very - lowly s/p levels it's hard for anything to move the s/p down meaningfully further !

(Mine is a small bet here only and so I only look in here occassionally..frustrating for many here I fully understand... and patience easier here for me as means little to me currently, but others less so as means a lot ..

Generally, I'd likely add some more on significant weakness from 11p.. or the news we've all been waiting for dropping and this rallying hard.. and as longs have suffered enough here already I'll wish only for the latter so !

sad we're down punchily again today.. market painful today granted .. but a s/p fall is s/p fall, whatever ...and shows, one way or other, plenty of selling here still.. alas..

pity I didn't hold off at least one of those top ups in 8's p.. oh well.. and my position here is still small this time around and so i'm open to top up decently into any meaningful further weakness for sure.. this could go back into 6's p now, alas.. so i'd look to top up in early 7's p and again in late 6's p is my latest thinking.. but hopefully for the long suffering this turns back up meaningfully before goes into 6's though..

Well this can recently this arbo. be bought for under 22.5p.. so my last guess that this will stay closer to 25p than 20p -ahead of a small rally - is wrong too.. another oh well.. and at least I've been very consistent here in being wrong in every call i've made on share price movement here over last months !

And instead of next glibly predicting this won't go under 20p, best I just shup up predicting here altogether, I feel.. and just accept that it has been a shamefully bad 'view' by me here. altogether, so far.. and so inappropriate for me to offer further s/p predictions, at least...

Also, who is consistently selling at this level is a question I'm not going to bother thinking much about either.. but if it's a size holder gently and continually selling down regardless of price then Mr James Hudleston has got to be strong strong candidate imho... but maybe it's just short term ist PI speculators bailing bit by bit.. with so little buying in parellel too..

It would have been nice if that buy of yours pushed the price up.. a little surprising to me it didn't.. and leads me to guess that MM's have a fair chunk of stock still here - from last rise and fall - more than retail investor(s) selling at these levels at this time..

I'm guessing there won't be another RNS ahead of this conference call this evening.. but I'm far from sure on that ... if what's in the call could be deemed as material info. beyond Fridays update then they may do one.. the call putting flesh on the bone of ''significant progress across several research and development programmes in the period, and achieved breakthrough data for its Q-Sphera drug capsule technology, creating "several opportunities for licensing" may debatably be 'material' too .. not least if the content drives meaningful s/p movement here in coming days?

Towards balance to the moaning I - out of frustrating often - do here :

I'm not saying PL hasn't tried hard to get ppc Argentina's business into good shape.. he and his team on the ground may well be ongoingly trying very hard, I guess/hope.. but trying hard doesn't guarantee success..

He is by far the biggest equity holder here too, so achieving a successful business and a share price appreciating accordingly is massively in his interests, clearly.. a significant rub here is that there has been and continues to be a lot of operational issues.... add that on top of the geopolitical risk of Argentina.... and the absolutely key issue for the sector generally that the old model of grow reserves and sell company on in ten years type thing is no longer relevant in a world that's moving to green energy, thus keeping this AIM sector ongoingly massively out of II especially favour.. and I'm far more 'somewhat surprised' versus 'shocked' that the s/p is where it is...

at approx 8% up as i type, this share would be close to the top of the 'All Share Risers' board on this site today.. and more pepole would look in and might like to get involved.. except it's not showing at all ( on my view of it at least ?) ..

I've seen this happen occassionally before with mtph in such circumstances - but not often and more back in the day than recently - and is yet another example of this lse.co.uk site getting flakier by the day.. And it's a pity too ..

That gives me good hope here again.. and good hope is what it's about on betting on such stocks imho..

With the funding now in place into 2023, placement ahoy is not a potential issue either.

So this has become an interesting bet again in my mind.. And per recent my posting here, i've already added back a fair few shares to my holdiing in recent weeks.. also I'm open to doing a top up or three more if Monday comms brings exciting share price action here..

I can't believe I did, but I just bought another grands worth.. and to get my BET to an even 15k gbp here, I'll do one grand more into any further weakness here..

Hopefully for long suffering here this doesn't go below 6.5p .. but it might, alas.. oh well.. and, again, this is an extremely tricky share that's for hard core gamblers only.... but, one way or other, this company is fairly far from likely to fail.. all imho..

I applaud the companies openess and honesty in offering that around 2m ounces of gold proven up is when this becomes a serious buy out opportunity to relevant industry players .. alas, there may well be fairly big time gap between there and where we are now .. and as AIM is generally a short term 'in play' betting market, such significent s/p 'drifts' in such circumstances are not uncommon.. ............'oh well' ...

talking the talk has definitely gone on for long enough here.. it's absolutely time for quickening up the walking here now.. sales have got to start pushing meaningfully on in late 21 and especially again in 22.. a 25p plus share price has anticipation/expectation of such built in imho.. and I understand that failure to grow out sales meaningfully and quickly could see this s/p decline punchily.... I remain long and strong in my bet here that sales will start increasing meaningfully from q4 21 forward.. but it is betting...and so I'm far from sure this will happen..

Agree the financials will indeed look somewhat better this year.. with wti prices then versus now, if the didnt we'd be totally bucked :-)... But far from as proportionally better as they should, i'd expect/guesstimate .. the development/issue fix spends they're undertaking need to be lowered more versus the revenues they're generating.. even in strong wti times... to move into even the realms of a good margin business imho..

The quote made me smile though... If you look back i'll bet you'll find statemnets somewhat along those lines in 16, 17, 18 , 19, 20 :-) (thats roughly as long as I've been involved here.. the s/p chart would suggest ditto i years before that too., alas. )

CB has got a lot of ducks lining up thru Q4 this year and strongly into the future thereafter.... so, month by month, I'm getting more and more convinced that this company is firmly moving beyond the p+ss (e)xtraction years and onto the ore (e)xtraction years, with nice and growing reveneus starting to flow soon, alongside strong new resource prove up too.

If CB delivers as it seems set up for him to now do, the share price will push on in line with that delivery. it's far from from rocket science: succesful business equals strong share price

I'm fine with Atome coming along and him taking a nice cut up front.. as I'm just desperate for him to deliver something that the market can feel interested about buying into...perhaps the penny has dropped with him that to turn ppc into that might - alas - still be a medium to long slog away.. and so he's now going down a different - atome - path too..

(Btw: I should have been more explicit in last post: the 1.7p ish s/p isn't just about sentiment imho.. it's to a large extent a reflection of an averagely to underpreforming business in a bottom line financial sense.. ie the overall financials again in PPC will be uninspiring this year imho.. and that's in very favourable O&G price conditions.. hence, the financials here in average or poor O&G price conditions may well be poor or worse.. so hopefully the O&G prices stay strong for long... very please )

Napoleon L has hidden away bad news so often over the years that there's little trust left at this stage, alas... in fairness, there have been so many set backs that you can kinda understand his hiding plenty in the hope of good news to come superceding the bad.. there has been semi reasonable amounts of good news too, granted.. it's just simply that the set backs have been that regular that progress has been very slow and painful here....

So there would have to be clearly strongly meaningful bottom line news here to move this up in a decent fashion imho..

(under 1.70p as I type in these STRONG market conditions is an utterly abject share price.. but, sadly, doesn't particularily surprise me..hopefully Napoleon L can evenntually find a way to change up the dynamic here, somehow )
