Versus where Oil & Gas prices have often been over the last 7 years, we're still in a strong to very strong price range thru this year.. and to see ppc share price at sub 2p against this favourable backdrop is the most shocking thing of all to me..

(results for last financial year soon to come... will very likely be poor - as poo&g relatively awful then - and so the current year commentary and forward guidance portion of this update needs to be decent to good.. or else I fear further for this share price, alas..
Also not to tell us anything regarding production levels in approx 9 months is Napoleon Levine in a nutshell.. but even if poorish, you'd hope that's in the price already.. but AIM doesn't work like that plenty of the time though.. and also if production levels for Oil - considerably more important than gas - are poor/bad or worse even that may well not already be in the in the price... but , towards some balance, I guess Oil production levels have some chance of being decent to good too.. very hopefully... and even if poor/bad the perprice achieved will compensate largely, whatever..)

( AIM is mostly about 'in play' type betting these days.. so I feel compelled to be somewhat shorttermist too often, alas.. and that angle alongside other angles has worked well for me.. every man to his own methods.. and good luck too all .. )

under 2p here now is very disappointing.. but I'm a patient guy .... and while I sold a little in earlish 2's p I like this as a medium / long term bet a lot and so keep a 5kgbp bet open here .. and my average is not much above 2p, so lowish versus the accross the board, I'd guess .. and so it's 'back in my cave' for me .. until the next meaningful action here.. The potential here remains large imho... and good luck to all fellow holders !!

correction to my last post:

Looking at the historic s/p chart here I understand that there are very likely many holders here with averages in the 60's, 50's, 40's and lower again pence .... so even if i got my average here down into 80's p I'd definitley not be a lowish average participant here.

(generally, I strive to be in shares where I'm in the lowish average price range across all particpants.. that's very unlikely to happen for me here and so will curb my enthusism plenty....being amongst the lowish average price position holders is a very helpful thing in this game imho.... indeed it may be that plenty of the ongoing recent weakness here is a result of plenty of people with lowish averages locking in some nice profits while still keeping large parts of their holdings here intact..
..and a bunch of medium/long term holders selling down say 15% or 25% of holdings to bank nice just in case profits when there's little buying in a dead summer market can be very problematical to share price performance ...etc.. )

I've not looked in here much recently but as I - sadly - see that this is under 90p as I type, I glance in now.. and this action re-inforces my view on this being a very tricky/volatile share

But maybe an opportunity is unfolding for me to build out a - semi - decent position here at a lowish average .. and so I just did another top up at 88 odd p towards bringing my average down.. up to nearly 5k gbp bet here now and likely still open to going to 10k gbp (max)..so still got a fair few bullets to fire.. but would continue to do so very cautiously.. and at spaced apart buy prices..

Hopefuly for the rest of you this doesn't go any lower.... but I'd defo. do another top up at anything under 85p if it does go there.. it may not of course.. and a bounce shouldn't be too big an ask at some stage ..

such a tricky share this.. I sold a few a bit higher and will just sit on the rest and go back into hibernation mode..

4.3p not to mind 43p would be nice..

and chartists I feel will like this a lot now.. having earlier gone over 2.5p it could hop up to 4's readily enough perhaps.. and maybe on again from there then.. In the 5's p for eg is the type of number I like here towards me unwinding SOME of my bet..

hopefully the lead herd are arriving here now.. this could be pushed up quickly and punchily.. and then the main body of herd add further to the rally..

Those latest analysts shouts and the IC buy rec and your bullishness generally give me plenty of hope for more to come here.. and I've only pushed my 500p forecast out from Aug to Sept... so I'm still plenty bullish here ..

A tricky week in the markets generaly - Aug Hols, Afghanistan etc - and so Kmr 's strong /very strong future outlook not getting the s/p traction it deserves this week, perhaps.. but roll on Sept and hopefully a good rally here..

Well it has just dipped under my 'worst case' 25p now .. granted overall markets are a mess today which is a clear factor today at least.. so much for gold stocks as a flight to safety concept :-)

It can always go lower, especially if a general market sell off were to occur.. where AIM, as a rule, sees plenty of selling and no buying... but I dont see that this month or next two, at least... although the lack of liquidity in AIM generally thru the August Hols month can make even small macro blips feel punchy ..

..but 20p would be truely shocking to me.. and altogether, i'd still guess no lower than 23p here ..

(I have a fairly big position here already that I don't want to add more to but under 23p and I may well add more towards bringing down my 30p average a bit)

is this buying part of a play by Bill Smith to save his own neck.. or the new management team altogether to do the same even .. maybe more buying to come one way or other .. eg New CEO adding of Smith adding more again.. or one or more of the 'three amigos' to counter buy .. or another party joining this bun fight... etc..pity I didn't know this ahead of selling latest tranceh at 2.70 p ish yesterday :-(

Still, great If this buying continues towards getting this decently over 3p...if yes, i may as well sell another tranche at this stage.. etc.. not least as I'm not interested in buying back as this remains a mess imho.. and, altogether, I've lost only a small few grand here now.. which for one of the biggest dog bets I've made in last few years is an ok outcome for me.. but if it goes to 10p over next year or three then i'll regret selling, of course.. and, as ever, anything is possible in this CRAZY game.. but it's possible in the next stock too.. and there's always the next stock

That this reached decently over 1 bln gbp MC previously somewhat framed my forecasting here ... ie 700p being very approx. 750m gbp MC didn't seem 'stretch' to me...

The Covid crisis emergence meullering this - and everything else - for a brief period around March 2020 gives 150p as an awful chart low and. as some have already said, makes 400's p look a great s/p recovery to plenty already .. and perhaps I should have had that s/p low equally frame my forecasting too..

I'm now guessing this will not get to 500p by end of this month as I forecast.. so apols in advance .. and for now I'll push that forecast out to end Sept instead of end August .. (and 700p at year end is looking stretch too therefore I now accept.. but I'll stick with that for at least a while longer yet..)

PS: This gives another fine eg of the shocking volatility of commodity stocks eg over a billion MC to under 200m .. and this is no penny stock either.. and now back to approaching 500m gbp MC .... so the extent of this 'swinging' gives me at least some hope that 700p by this year end is still doable here..

AIM is short termist and getting more and more so.. that makes the current xtr s/p understandable to me.. somewhat annoying but understandable.. some stand out news here would make a clear difference to the s/p trajectory, but it would have to be stand out.. until then this could alas drift on down.. but gets harder and harder for it to drift further down the lower it goes, at least.. and it's pretty low now imho..

ps: I did one more low buy - top up - this morning .. and would do another low buy - top up - if this decently clears through 2.5p

Still waiting for the Herd to arrive here.. they may be a feint noise in the distance .. hopefully

Both he and his content were uninspiring to me -Ed was about that inspiring ? :-) - and I stick with my view that there is a good chance of a placement ahoy here soon enough ( and if additional acquisitions in due course.. further placements ahoy to support those too )

Also, after this recent appointment, that latest 'activist' request for changes of senior management here is complicating..

So I sold a few more this lunchtime.. and seems like i'm not the only one selling..

So I now hold about a third of what i held not that long ago here now.. and this is now defo. a low priority bet for me..

Buying versus selling not in the balance that's appropriate to 500p s/p being achieved is my answer.... indeed, altogether, it's apprortiate to a 427p share price as I type :-)

More seriously, I'm disappointed that this has not rallied today.. but there is still a decent chance in my mind that it will rally soon(ish).. August market illiquidity an issue.. so I include Sept in soon(ish)

forget Elon, it'll be some Russian oilgarch/ mafioso that takes this out at a price that gives us a medium(ish) turn but leaves the big bucks to them in the future - after large expense of bringing the mine live etc granted - is my guess..

so I'll shout somewhere very vaguely around 20p sale price here sometime in next 18 months perhaps ..

ps: and here's to 5p ish this rally.. entirely possible, but a good ways from probably, granted
