I promised myself I would not go under 50,000 shares holding whatever here AM90 .. yet this morning I sold 5000 to go down to 45000 .. actions speak louder tha words .. thus summming up exactly how excited I am here.

But I'm going to try and stay semi nice even here because I badly want this company to give something meaningful back to it's long, long suffering shareholders, in the end..

Alas, I wholeheartedly do not feel this company will be sold in at least the the next 9 months now..but great if I'm wrong...

Also potential drilling budgets of say v approx 7 million plus gbp p/a into a twenty odd million - as I type - market cap company has been and, going forward, can be very 'tricky' indeed in terms of ongoing existing shareholder dilution..

smalleyus.. you are of course entitled to your opinion, and I always like to hear the other side of the argument I would not filter you, whatever.. but there are clearly plenty of positives here too.. and therefore you are far too unbalanced in your posting here imho.. even to the extent of coming across as having a vendetta here .. or indeed potentially being a paid for deramper even.. (I've never accused anybody of potentially being a paid deramper on any BB previously..and I'm in 30 plus AIm'ers at any one time and live off these BB's ..and come across huge negativity regularly across sundry BB's, much of which is often justified, in fairness .. but this company is pregressing around now and still you seem focused so hard on looking for flaws only.... why not look even half as hard for positives too.. you'll find plenty, readily imho and should mention some of those too towards balance

AM90, I'd have worded your 'no placing' comment instead as: No placing currently and for at least another 3 months either

Altogether - ie including ''...together with other received and anticipated income'' ie non warrant related - I was hoping that they'd have offered that they envisaged being fully funded thru to early q2 2023 .. (ie approx say 3 million plus could be made last for more like 8 months forward from Aug 2022 with steady but conservative drilling expenditure thru the rest of 2022 and into 2023.. but I guess some of that £2.47m raised from warrants has already been spent in recent months..however, towards balance, I was hoping there would also have been other residual monies in their bank a/c around mid 2022 aside from Warrants exercised related monies .... even a half to a million more, I'd have expected ?.. hence why I say 3 m plus above )

But sticking with this latest guidance of Lnd.l ''being fully funded through to the end of 2022''.. as good practice is to do a raise decently ahead of current funds running out, my guess is - remains - that there might easily be a placing here around Nov 2022 ..ie in approx 3 to 4 months time.. Happy to be wrong on that of course.. as far from ideal in my mind if there was to be.. also why not them get creative instead and for eg cash in some of those in the and out of the money options out of their own pocket to show their confidence in a sale in for eg next 9 months here..and/or something else left field to bolster bank a/c bal...

Growing out debt here at this - bull O&G market - time is an awful way to go... also it's deja vu all over again for the nth time over here at ppc.l NM.. and that's a large driver of this horrible s/p decline imho..

Sell on value of the co. in five to ten years time in a greener and greener world will be ongoingly diminished .. so it's about DIVIDENDS asap.. and this co is so far away from a dividend it's frightening..

Generally, when people say AIm O&G is not about dividends, it about grow and sell on.. I say while it wasn't about dividends and was about grow and sell on 5 to 10 years ago, it actually absolutely is now.. that old model of value has no meaning in the current markets eyes.. and the current s/p's of co's like this and many others similar to it prove this, categorically..

these markets are indeed awful Steven.. and having kinda breezed thru them until May/June, my p/f is indeed getting battered now.. still the race is long..
and I got quoted 1.257p to buy just there and couldn't resist taking a small top up.. also I'm open to doing two similar more top ups if further weakness here.. ( 1.15p and 1.05p are targets/possibilities imho..sadly .. towards me having say 250k - but no more - of these mongrels at a low/v low average price versus the field.. I'll never learn granted.. but if I can get my average down to 1.25p ish on a smallish bet, I see some hope for me whenever in the future.. not a bunch but some hope.. )

In my mind, this bet is most all about a sale event of whatever description asap.... and the strategtic review was initiated as what Lnd.l management saw as 'banker buyers' were not giving out a feeling that they were going to make a 'serious' offer in 2022, at least, Is my guess ...

So management hoping for a left field - Asia/China co. originated - offer, perhaps.. and while anything is possible, I'm now thinking a 15% to 20% per cent ish chance of a 'serious' - in managements eyes - offer being made this year.. but that doesn't mean punters here can't be patiently happy.. indeed, for plenty here.. I know you are , I'm sure you are...you're h- a-p--p-y !

Generally, remain at ease clappers.. as I'll only allow myself two posts here a month.. unless a meaningful RNS of whatever shape or form drops..

(ps : if this rallies towards 25p, and markets remain a mess genrally, I'm now open to selling some more down.. sadly)

must admit to having - rinse and repeat for the nth time - sold most of my holding down in mid to late 50's .. but good for the rest of you of this roars on up thru 60's .. I've only 5000 shares left and won't be buying in 60's, so pretty academic to me if this rallies on up form 60p.. but the long suffering here sure do deserve a break .. so here's to 70p and on for you guys... ( this share has been kind to me in a range trading context over the years.. so I've had my fun too, in fairness)

..with a s/p price fall that has been 'epic' from 200 odd p...all I got is big ouch generally for holders here..sad..

fair play, I was certainly not aware of that.. and you're a quality poster generally here.. so i wouldn't dream of questioning you any further ..

Ongoing small selling volume only needs ongoing small buying volume to broadly keep the equilibrium.... that there has been such low buying volumes in the 6's and 5's AND 4's AND NOW 3's is, simply, not a good thing, Steve....

AIM Market Makers are currently doing no more than working the way they have done for many years.... so this can easily go deep into the 2p's on low selling volume too, sadly.... but understand why you want to keep yours and others spirits up through a very difficult period here and generally across markets, especially AIM markets, who, as ever, catch cold when bigger markets sneeze... (AIM ALL share Index is down from early 1300's to late 800's between last Sept and now ... comparably to most whatever, that's bad.. US Indexes are coming off off the charts record highs too.. AIM is not)

Approx 7 p to approx 3p here in the last 3 months is shocking even to a hard core AIM gambler and cynic like me - i'm not a cynic by nature, it's a surviving AIM down markets that has seen that characteristic grow in me - and while I though I was playing this well recently, I'd say, altogether, averagely instead now ... cr*p.. and going to have to think about averaging down here soon, even including it being so hard to get yourself to do it in markets / global macro outlooks like this....but the winners in this game often buy when everyone else is 'too scared' .... so I think I'd start adding small back here in the upper 2's p .. and add more and more punchily into any further weakness from there..Hopefully it doesn't go into 2'sp at all of course.. but it easily might now, sadly

(PS: I wish I had a pound for each ' the fall is not justified on such low volume' post I've seen over the years across the 40 or so boards I look in on per day.... that's just the way it works all over AIM in a hard core bear market,alas.. and it's a function of extremely concerning 'liquidity issues' on AIM generally.. and those issues significantly exacerbated in hard core bear markets.. But the s/p is the absolute bench mark the game is played against.. and this at 3 odd p as I type .. sad as that is)

This is now a strong buy and hold for me.. and great chance of a seriously progressive company breaking out off the back of this MOD contract imho.. especially given seriously expanded military budgets the World over for many years to come..

(Had a small bet in play here already and added a bit this morning and will add steadily as we go, I expect.. whether i'm adding at 15p or 20p or 25p should, hopefully, look academic a few years from now.. as the Market Cap here has massive room to grow into...)

His buying is timely, towards helping absorb some of that - long time now - ongoing 25k shares selling and help stop this share price falling further again too... chunky seller(s) has been a mare here for many months now, sadly.. hopefully all those bullets fired soon and this can turn back up.. - very - please

i see a trail has been removed around the co. not responding to e-mail request for an update on state of play - was it Roly who e-mailed the co. and started the trail about no response received, I can't remember - including a reply post of mine saying I now wouldn't consider adding until after the co. has updated the market .. sad this trail has been removed.. but confirms to me that defo. best I wait for an update RNS on revenunes etc this year, whatever the s/p goes to ..etc

every little helps.. and this afternoon tick up is another little helping..
But, at thses extremely low s/p/Market Cap levels there's always a chance that a 10% gentle tick up becomes a more interesting say 30% quickly.. especially on a Friday afternoon, in case of big news RNS pre market open Monday ..
so I'm pleased to get in first with : 'wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend' :-)

Just reading back here a bit now - minor focus on this only, as lots of holdings and this is relatively not a big bet for me - but apologies to Hamz for not following up on the good point that Perenco could of course look to buy out the other partners interests here. Lukoils interests a big undertaking granted and perhaps valuable to have two big partners involved in development versus one imho, although the Russian angle complicates, granted.. but buying Bowleven out around now would be a small undertaking for Perenco ....while this may easily not happen granted... if it did, an RNS could drop whenever saying the board recommends this offer to shareholders .. which, given COC's entry price and valuation of its share of the assets here, would obviuosly be many multiples of 4p, clearly.. so thats another significant reason for Pi's having a holding here asap..

Altogether, for this still to be 4p ish as i type is farcically low in my mind .. but it is what it is..

for it to be 26, he'd have had to have said - being generous to him here too, as I can't help liking the man - he expects 52 porphories, Andrew ! :-)
