The fact is ‘retail’ are a bunch of untrained investors with diverse risk profiles with some bordering on black or red gambling whilst II’s are professionals with responsibilities and completely different perspectives on risk.

1. Begrudgingly supporting the board as long as commercial orders come in FY23

2. Ready to lynch the board if this isn’t the case.

Once the material is fully validated which we expect news of soon then it’s unfortunately out of the companies control and it’s down to the likes of STM to sell ‘their’ product for inclusion in the end product. If there’s a delay then the FY23 commercial orders guidance will be missed. We need to understand that delays happen. On that basis and as I’ve said before I would not be the least bit surprised if that guidance is missed for reasons out with the companies control and it’s going to be Q1 2024 for first orders.

On the 1st of January I’ll not be calling for a clean out anymore than I am now as long as the material is validated and the reasons for any delays are valid. I hope others remain patient in this regard too.

I consider the co was faced with a legal case of a complexity I’d be surprised if anyone on here can fathom and made a decision after consulting people who can that the settlement was THE BEST THING for Nanoco’s future. That’s the reality and everyone who can’t understand it should sell forthwith or accept it.
