Management or the board of directors? Nanoco are small and their demographic isn’t going to be to everyone’s taste. In my experience those with an axe to grind are the ones most likely to make a noise about it - see Trip Advisor or the posts on here for that matter.

Kooba you and PPE have disrupted a previously civil board and made it toxic with your presence here and on ADVFN simultaneously which doesn't allow debate across both channels since many of us only inhabit one platform. It's been a source of annoyance since the very first day you both turned up. If there were unwritten rules, you both broke them.

BC I agree. I’ve seemingly been dragged down to the low levels that were delivered when PPE and Kooba became posters on two different platforms which I find crass and annoying. I think the best plan is simply not to engage with them and hope they go back from whence they came.

This company is on the cusp of announcing validation of materials for future commercial production and trades at a discount. No wonder TH wants to 'acquire' control. Meanwhile the current board is garnering support form existing institutional shareholders yet some on here think they know better. FO.

Troublesome asked me this the other day, how I define 'criteria' and I didn't reply but on trust I'll quote this "I believe it would be highly irresponsible to support the resolutions in the requisitioned meeting in so far as the proposed new directors are not of the experience or calibre I would expect to see on the board of a UK public company in which I am invested" Christopher Mills

NASCIT has an indirect investment in Nanoco through its holding in Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx").

In response to Mr Hamoodi's assertion that Richard Griffiths and Christopher Mills were co-managers of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc "NASCIT": the NASCIT Board confirm that Richard Griffiths is not and never has been a co-manager of NASCIT. Mr Hamoodi's misleading comment confirms that he and his proposed Directors do not meet our criteria to be Directors of a UK Plc. We wish to reaffirm our support for the current Nanoco Board and urge other shareholders to do the same and vote against the resolutions.
