For you HH; « transformational » and « inflection » were (past tense) predicated on single moment of their being a higher award. You don’t know BT’s context which could equally be about the future. BT also said the ‘case’ was the cherry on the cake so by your reckoning it must be some fkn cake!

BT might have confidence but as we’ve witnessed before, intent doesn’t always mean consequences. All the customers could pull out because best week new technology usurps Nanoco’s and the commercial orders evaporate.

BT will have risked his families money when he need not due to the shares he holds already plus vested options.

So he’s not buying shares! Why should he? Just to appease you?

It’s a negotiating tactic. It all was. Edison, BT, PH, us sales x 3 etc etc but there were also nuances regarding settlement and ‘fair value’ and life of patents and of course the RNS telling us it was going to be a low figure. I said $50m net to nanoco following that. Why others get a different figure is their problem not mine.

HH I’m going to go with the legal expertise of Nanoco’s lawyers, the board and their advisors before listening to your take. You’d do well to try and do the same.

Why not say 2% so we could argue even more about how much we didn’t profit personally ? Heck make it 10%. I’m sure Samsung won’t be keeping an eye on component costs.

All those moaning about the settlement and the subsequent low share price have all but sold out it seems which contributed to the drop in the share price……...

Re patents; are these not lead/pb ( lead chalcogenide) QD's?

Anticipation is looking forward with excitement to what is coming, resting in the assurance that it will be good regardless of what form it takes. Expectation is projecting an imagined reality onto the future

You can of course look at it that way whereas I prefer to consider it an indication that progress is being made and confirmation will come and therefore I’m building up a larger holding in anticipation for that rather than seeing it as a neon sign advertisement for non-holders.
