Nano falls into the speculative zone for me. Despite being 20 years old it’s still in its infancy and offers huge potential…..potentially. But also risk. The market is nonplussed by recent developments and is now waiting for news on commercial orders as HH said earlier and on that I agree with him. The Edison report gives lots of positive signals but of course we’ve been down that rabbit hole already…..

I’m confident and feel recent events have vindicated the company (not everyone shares that opinion) and the BoD took a risk off approach to the settlement rather than taking on the 3 net zero outcome options.

In summary I’m satisfied enough to remain invested. If there’s a removal of the board you’ll not see me for dust as clearly the MO of those wanting to takeover is about risk and making a fast buck and PI’s never profit in the environment.

There’s been nothing misleading other than how information has been accessed or interpreted. There’s no case to answer unless evidence of communication with LOAM is produced then I’d concede it should be looked into. But I suspect no such evidence exists.

am I happy with how this has played out? No.
Do I wish they had received a larger settlement ? Yes. Do I think BT has done anything wrong ? No and more so after today’s explanation of the risked outcome models.

I going to waste my time crying over decisions that I can’t do anything about ? No
Do I think removing the board at the behest of a disgruntled investor and replacing them with his own selection is a good idea? No
Do I think it would be detrimental to the investment case and stability of the company ? Yes
Do I think there would be a higher possibility of a total winding up for which I as a PI gets nothing ? Yes

Just because someone wrote a big letter in legalise that chimes with your disenfranchisement doesn’t make it fact. BT is covered. Speculation is just speculation and unless someone has a taped conversation or email evidence of insider information it’s all just smoke.

Im in a different camp and was greatly encouraged by BT’s knowledge of the company, it’s history, it’s technology, it’s patents, the financials, tax and also that he took advice from various parties in various aspects of the litigation process.

Replace him at your peril with a team put forward by another disgruntled investor looking to recoup paper losses for I fear that’s when things really could hit the skids. If there’s a vote I will be voting against and I urge people to seriously consider the implication’s of replacing the entire board.
