The PPS lottery is a legacy business that is not part of the fin tech banking business going forward.
Some pi’s seem to think that as the acquisition of the lottery business has not yet closed, this is a failure of Richard and his team and an example of where targets are not being met. I do not think that this analysis is correct for the following reasons:
1) the delay is due to requirements of the Charity Commission. Although PPS is not a large lottery operator, it does provide benefit to many small charities. As we have seen with the passport office, DVLA, backlogs have built up in administrative processes and significant delays are the result. I do not know the specifics of the delay in the completion of the PPS transaction, but I would imagine that these factors may also be at play at the Charity Commission/hundreds of small charities;
2) the PPS has been hived off into an off balance sheet vehicle, and hence is no longer part of Tintra’s business operations. This is important as Middle East investors will now be able to invest in Tintra without the link to a lottery/gambling business;
3) when plans are created, some aspects go faster and unfortunately some do not go according to plan. The key is that the overall plan stays on target and that the overall project is not derailed. In this case, Tintra’s project is ahead of plan and the lottery has not derailed the project.

Well that's now 2 whole days of buys and zero sells. Too early to call it yet though as they have done this in the past and come back with vengance....can we see 3 days of buys and zero sells perhaps so?

CEO and the FD even shared a bonus of £77k between them, sweet.

Imagine receiving a package worth £1/4m for overseeing an 80% decline in the value of the business, no wonder Julian got hoofed out sharpish, what a greedy MF. The others certainly have had their snouts well and truely in the trough too. FD went from £22k a year to package worth £180k. Now if that isn't lifestyle management I don't know what is.

I found it and all the others too, you are not going to like it, looks like the BoD suddenly felt they were worth an awful lot more in rewards following the IPO, pretty shocking in reality how they managed to justify that.

CEO's on AIM companies often have a vision that can tale longer to deliver than they expect, it's just the way it is. Seen it here and elsewhere with a number of others.

Fact is that RS has attracted significant overseas investment from a number of 3rd parties and has teamed with the best of breed to deliver the IT solutions required here from people with proven records of delivery on huge value businesses.

The BoD has gone from strength to strength.

Just need to accept that AIM isn't working for us at the moment but that could change any time.

CSFS. It has a market capitalisation of just £2m.

The company has formally already announced it has cash and access to funds if required to see it through to year end at least.

Incomes are fast growing at higher margins so fund raise may not be needed.

Right now this is being sold down as there was a huge volume of buyers when this was being seriously pumped and then dumped on Twitter by a very well know day trader and his associates who all disappeared within 24 hours. Clearly there is large overhang of shares waiting to be sold down from that P&D.

CEO walking (being fired) didn't help.

But this really should be the bottom floor here.

Spread currently 0.63 on the BID v 0.725 on the ASK. and that's just to buy or sell only £50.00 of shares....now what do our MMs know that we don't here?
