I would not expect that and very well be another reason Julian got the boot if he said he would go ahead with one at any price

We know that Gerry and Helium have along history and mutually benefit from one anothers actions, especially on DVRG but equally here Helium have made an absolute killing out of MSYS stock since the great giveaway of super cheap shares by Gerry. He would argue that Helium saved the company but for who's benefit would that be? Not shareholders here, not Glenn Tracey but 100% for dvrg AND helium. The whole deal stinks imo as it is now obvious Gerry couldn't give a flying f*** about PIs here. Any other Chairman would have recruited a new CEO by now and would have addressed Helium's obvious intentions here but no he just sits there and smiles telling everyone all good, nothing to see here. Meanwhile MSYS just keeps hitting new lows on a daily basis. Between them Gerry and Helium have overseen complete shareholder value destruction on a grand scale here and it shows no signs of changing. WTF are the other member of the BoD doing ? Sweet FA obviously. How long before Gerry issues an RNS saying the market fails to value MSYS and the cost of maintaining the plc can no longer be justified and that having consulted the BOD and NOMAD that it would be in the best interests of the company and it's clients that it should be delisted? NOMAD resigns, suspension, job done.

I've watched PIs throw hundreds of thousands into SYME and they still do, no incomes and huge CLINs to keep the lights on there but the MCAP is still multiple of CSFS. If CSFS attracted a fraction of the money being thrown the likes of 88e and Syme the SP would be transformed.

Well the way they are going at it they could issue another TR1 next week when they could easily go under 4% but they would still have @250m. If Gerry's plan to scoop up MSYS on the cheap at the expense of shareholders would that not be a conflict of interests and very questionable as Chairman is supposed to represent the interest of shareholders. All very murky waters here.

There were some 7m trades on Monday, only @1m yesterday could still be alot of day traders looking to exit here? Really do need something positive from the company to get some stability here.
