The Directors have prepared cash flow projections for the divisions of the Company and Group for the period to 31 July 2022 which indicate that the Group will generate significantly improved revenue, profit and cash inflows in that period commencing during Q1 2022. The Directors are also confident that there is sufficient working capital to fund the Group's plans through the end of 2022 and in the interim an institutional round of funding is expected during H2 2021.

Biker clearly your recent experiences here and elsewhere have destroyed your confidence in the stocks you own. You are not alone it would seem but talking down shares that you own is just self destructive to you and others if you believe this is going fail then take your own advice. Good luck

Granting of Mauritius Payment Intermediary Services License

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") are pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tintra Payments (Mauritius) Limited ("TPM"), has been granted permission to commence business under its Payment Intermediary Services License from the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. This allows TPM to operate as an online Payment Service Provider, covering the provision of payment services and merchant online services for accepting electronic payments by a variety of methods including credit card, bank-based payments such as direct debit, bank transfer, and real-time transfer based on online banking.



Mauritius has become an important financial services hub for Africa and South Asia and the approval of of TPM to commence operations is viewed by the Board as an important step in the development of its Web 3.0 Banking strategy. TPM, a Mauritian incorporated company, is currently finalising its name change from Oyster Payment Services, a brand that the Company used when forming the original vehicle, that was never activated, in 2018.

The Directors are therefore confident that the Group will be able to generate sufficient resources to meet the Group's future cash flow requirements and settle its liabilities as they fall due. I still see this doing great things and staying in for the long term here.

Biker 100% not you. We all did our research based on company news, interviews etc. All as we saw were very very bullish. None of knew that the CEO would choose results Day to drop that bombshell update on being cash strapped and a going concern etc not me for sure and no one else as I recall.

At least he got this right and who knows what any real buying volume might do.
