Painful day for all of us. In any normal market the shares wouldn't be so low even with prospective placings. Shame is that Julian made us all wait so long for this RNS.

Trouble is no one know what or when.....poor RNS wording has created significant doubts. Looking at the cash position I reckon it could be quite soon re working capital requirements. How on earth did he allow overheads to get so out of control? This is supposed to a be business that deals in financial matters but looks like it's run by clowns who have no idea about financial control when it comes to their own in house finances and is happy to keep going back to the market with their begging bowl again and again.

Seems like the company has little cash and seeing 2 execs quit + Julian saying the company needs to come to the market for cash to fund more acquisitions and for working capital. Forecasts in line with market expectations (but what are they?)
How not to write an RNS. Seems like Julian has alot to learn about his market communications. He complained previously about the low share price when it was at previous lows, well he's managed to take it down even more now. Will the bargain hunters come in? Will the Directors buy? Will he be doing the media rounds? Will the brokers issue an update?

The whole market has been smashed since Putin decided to begin his Special Military Operations and the Inflation Spike + huge costs of Energy and Fuel have hammed PI confidence. MMs have marked down just about every stock out these. Pointless complaining and really not necessary re CSFS right now. If you feel so unhappy take a break and come back in a few months.

Look at the NMS that MMs have set at just 3000 Shares. Those sells were bound to knock the SP. Just some good and for buyers to come and it will take off like a scalded cat. Long term patience remains the key here
