I do sincerely appreciate your efforts to educate the financially unwashed (especially me) here re how accounts actually work. For us non-accounting types it may as well be written in Chinese though as even the explanations still need to be read by someone who actually knows how accounts work in the end. There are times when you ask a question and then wish you never did. Accountancy is a dark world full of double meanings and ways to make money appear better or worse than they are in reality. Guess that's why when it gets really "sophisticated" it can be open to massive manipulation as we saw back in the day with credit swaps and parcelled options being sold as Grade AAA debt to small local pension funds by big financial houses that turned out to be worthless junk but met the financial criteria defined at the time.

An accountant can spin and spin the numbers so many times he can make everything and everyone seem rich when in reality they are debt ridden and relying on the next mug to keep buying the paper before it all comes crashing down.

The TP note has a target share price, but when would that be for? Next year or at some point in the future say 3 years or 5 years?

As part of the review of the recoverability of subsidiary indebtedness to the Company, during the year ended 31 December 2020, the Directors considered the position of Innovenn UK in the group since listing in April 2017 and in particular the contribution the subsidiary has made to the overall group. It was considered reasonable that £3,185,000 of monies owing by Innovenn UK to the Company be forgiven and that the ultimate cost of this would be borne by the Company, resulting in the amount owing from Innovenn UK falling to £1,188,000. During the year ended 31 December 2021, the loan forgiveness amounted to £Nil.

Oh I know but look at that latest Waste Water Monitoring in Wales, up to £4m a year would be prefect for DVRG. But the requirements are still saying to monitor, sample and then transport samples elsewhere for analysis. Nothing to suggest they want or need Real Time and if DVRG are now selling a 5 year rental type offering how does that fit with requirements based on a 1 year or so contract? Yes they might be able to offer longer term contracts by extending each year but that's not how DVRG are packaging and selling their offering.

I know but the world prefers a man with bucket, obviously that's how they found the Polio in waster water as they don't/can't/wont use PD. Feels like PD is becoming the new Betamax, absolutely brilliant at what it does but no one wants it.

I could go on but you get where I am coming from. Gerry loves using global events etc to show the marker for DVRG products and then how DVRG will be a key player and then it all just gets slowly forgotten as he moves onto the next new shiny toy he has to sell.

I have a feeling we will see some great wording and talk of amazing products, great teams and how the turnaround/integration of modern water has completed, the huge success of STC launch and interests from anyone and everyone......lots and lots of good words. And most likely a reminder that the CEO looks forward to updating the market in the near future and how confident in the CEO is that new commercial business models will be very attractive to DVRGs target markets but that he is limited by NDAs in what else he can say to investors as it's such sensitive secret information.

Overtime, not overnight, no rainbow chasing PIs needed here.

But they ain't are they? More than 2 years since the COVID Pandemic started, where are the PD clients and sales? Oh I know, let's just tell the mushrooms (sorry investors) here, all is going well and actually "On Fire" but because anything we would say would be subject to NDAs we can't report FA as NDAs are equivalent to state secrets all over the world.
