Current mcap is just £24m v £200m based on new investors taking 10% of the business so not even touching the sides yet. And don't forget those new investors paying premiums will want some serious returns on their investment so £200m would only be the entry point for them. Won't happen today or tomorrow or next week/month but it will come.

If people don't want to block sharebel just use the Report Post feature on his last post and others he makes, once admin get those the posts will be removed.

and we all know how volatile AIM is, this will swing around as traders come and go intra day. I have my focus on the bigger picture here.

The result of this process means that we are some 6 months ahead of our own roadmap. As such immediately after the AGM we will be commencing a funding round based on these new fundamentals. The round intends to raise $25,000,000 for not greater than 10% of the Company.

It's the future alright. Maybe that's why we have ME based investors already.....would make perfect sense, especially if they got early sight of the scope of TNT's vision and plans (which I am 100% certain they did). They would have no problem buying into more of TNT or indeed buying it outright if that suited them. A WIN-WIN for everyone in the end.

But they have exited a few other stocks recently so they if they are not selling maybe they have been given assurances at their recent meeting with the company?

At least Vela haven't sold so far. Company has a number of options that do not include a placing. I would like to see the company get the replacement directors sorted asap first. Business is still growing so not all bad news but with an MCAP of just £2m who knows what could happen next, could be really good if business is still showing the growth is has. Maybe we will see another trading update end of September.

I know I used work in the area (not stock market related work) and see them getting hammered every Friday.

At this rate I expect to see another reduced holding RNS from Helium any day taking then under 4%.

Last update on 1 July 2022 showed them at 304,125,000 or 4.781% so they should be declaring @250,000,000 at @3.9%. Real shame they still have so many shares they clearly no longer want to hold.
