Just when you think you have seen it all CINE is rising 70% today on the back of an RNS stating Chapter 11 finance deal will leave shareholders with nothing, zero, FA.....and yet PIs are piling in and forcing the price higher and higher....AIM has become a market for organised spivs these days....wouldn't surpised if there are suspect characters at work via dealing rings rigging the markets.

MMs playing some serious game s as the bid is down 4 points from yesterday and yet the published share price is showing as unchanged because they actually raised the Ask from yesterday so the reported mid price is the same at 37.50. Naughty really.....

I'm now seeing 36.8 to buy and 31.2 to sell real pricing

Quoted prices are 45.0 and 30.0

It means any buys below the middle of that spread are reported as sells (ie any buys at 37.4 or lower) so as the real buying price is 36.8 anyone paying that would see their buy reported as a sell.

Jeez there's alot of trash talk re Gerry Brandon over at advfn thread, seems like they actually want msys to fail because of what happened at dvrg, some very angry people out there but I guess that's just the way of the world these days.

Might take a while yet for the market to recover though from +13% to flat today as people exit due to loss of confidence in GB no doubt. As they, trust is hard won but easily lost and GB will have work cut out now to rebuild PI confidence for some out there.

Buys currently being reported as sells due to silly published spread 0.035 v 0.05 which is nowhere near real prices.

Better to get staged payments than none at all and DVRG are paying their current 2023 MSYS bills within 30 days. MSYS looks like a strong recovery play to me from here?

I think that MSYS directors would have been super vigilant in double, triple checking the numbers before releasing this update + we don't have the previous DVRG CFO here who ultimately signed off those inflated revenues figures for 2022 over at DVRG. I am more than comfortable with today's update.

Microsaic has continued to supply services to DeepVerge during 2023, and all amounts arising during the current financial year continue to be received by Microsaic under normal 30-day terms, in line with commercial agreements between the two parties.



Microsaic has cash of £0.8 million as of 17 April 2023 and is due to receive R&D tax credits in respect of 2021 and 2022 totalling circa £0.5 million, as well as the outstanding DeepVerge balance of £1.4 million. Although the first quarter of trading in the current year has started slowly, Microsaic has a growing sales pipeline currently worth in excess of £2 milllion, over 90% of which is from customers or distribution channels other than DeepVerge.
