Small but persistent seller is a pain but hope they will stop after 6 April.

I guess a fair bit hinges on DVRG contract then. I am hoping that MSYS has enough other sources of income to offset any potential difficulties there. With all the news about environmental safety monitoring and PFAS in particular + industry regs changing MSYS could be onto a major breakthrough if their sales team and products marry up with all their twitter activity and claims about being a great provider of such things. And we might, just might, see something re those Chinese partners re medical monitoring equipment re their agreement signed back in 2021.

I don't doubt the tech or potential demand for MSYS products for one minute.

I guess it's a toss up then for investors who think no news is bad news and those who don't. Recent trades suggest some PIs just either don't want to wait and see (another 9-10 weeks for news is a lifetime to some) or are selling ahead of the 5 April regardless.

I share your concerns fwiw, however we were told by the company in Sept 2022 that:

1st half revenues were £735k

Microsaic appointed as an Authorised Partner for Kingfield Electronics Limited ("Kingfield") for front-end research, development, and engineering product development in scientific instrumentation and micro-engineering adding these complementary services to Kingfield's existing electronics aerospace, defence, and process and scientific instrumentation clients.

Ireland, UK, Japan and USA Monitoring

International deployment of Microsaic's products and services in applications such as water monitoring of chemicals and pathogens continues to expand. Units have been installed in Ireland and the UK and are being shipped to Japan and the US for installation during H2 2022

It's all smoke and mirrors until we see the official list updated and get an RNS or two. Irritating that we know there must have been some big changes in ownership this month but no one seems in a hurry to update the market. Always tricky with foreign based funds.

Fwiw I look at the overall trend, volumes and number of trades. They don't suggest any big plus moves anytime soon to me so buying now would be more in hope than confidence. We have seen the clin overbearing everything else this year, until that has been resolved the risk v reward for 2023 doesn't make it a screaming buy for me. Hope I am wrong and will be really happy if things turn positive and the sp returns quickly to £2 levels again.
