Hang on...that latest trade nearly doubled today's volumes, just popped up at 13:50

quiet here today, total 6 trades and volume 5,500....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

No buyers showing today and what looks like a single seller exiting with MMs marking down the bid as he sells down.....that's about it....back to sleep as whole market seems as dead as a dodo today.

These recent huge trades must be leading msys somewhere..... question is why and where? Could it even be a potential bidder building a stake?

Interesting to note that Nigel Burton exercised 235m warrants in Feb 2022......so will watch with great interest what today's trade was for.

I agree got be a transfer of shares for such a huge trade to go through without moving the price

And for those bargain hunters out there, the last time the shares were trading this low was 8 months ago on 27 July 2022 fwiw

I should add that whilst AIM Market values TNT at @£18m, HNWI value TNT at some $250m and RS expects TNT be valued at $1bn min in the future for NASDAQ.

Think MHL has given you a warts and all summary there, mine was more limited as I didn't want to be appear "negative" about it but MHL is on the money with his specifics.

Jist of of buying TNT now is yes it is cheap relative to where it has been on its highs, as balance it's quite a way above it's lows too.

Volumes these days are low in reality, av needs to be closer to 100k and real sustained gains need @150k per day+

CLIN clearly is a major overhang re when they will convert, how often they will convert and just how many shares it will take TNT to issue to cover the loan being reduced each time. Then it's the much more sensitive subject of what the CLIN does with their shares each time and over how long if they are seller.

Broker Note said the company needs another $100m to deliver the complete package, so far funds raised in last few months are $12m.

Small potential revenues from early 2024......judging by previous delivery against timescales you can draw your own conclusions.

This is a long term project being financed by very wealthy backers who have very deep pockets and can wait patiently for years to come before being rewarded.

To be honest I don't really know of any reason for it to be aim listed other than it suits TNT management to have it as a means of borrowing cash where needed and for repaying their money lender in many more shares.
