Yes strange as the bid was 34 yesterday and has hardly moved today . The drop is on the ask that was 38-39 yesterday and has moved down. Could be MMs have a large sell order to work through so they are happy selling so cheap?

Well fwiw I just bought more sub .35, unbelievable they are back so low now. Seems like PIs have decided to abandon ship here. I must be insane but can't help feeling this has to come good at some point or Helium will have been proven to be experts in the timing of the final dumps here.

Well Msys have had Gerry as acting CEO ever since Glenn Tracey left which is frankly a ridiculous length of time, maybe now we'll see where the real power lies ie with the other board members or perhaps some other major shareholders? If Gerry was playing with Msys finances this to suit his agenda at DVRG at the time then it has seriously backfired on him, the BoD and ultimately us. His credibilty with all the above is shot to bits imo unless he delivers a major win short term then he should do the honourable thing and go.

So would I be right to say you want Gerry gone from MSYS?

Yes the £1.4m debt is down to Gerry, not that I would say that he is crook.

Depends. DVRG have divested themselves of Gerry and his financial fiddler, but MSYS still have the baggage of Gerry as "Acting CEO" here so maybe that's why people are buying one but avoiding the other?

Can only think the Q2 caveat has been totally misred and that PIs are totally ignoring the uplifted full year numbers which still look very conservative unless of course CSFS will see quarterly incomes drop to £1.5m for each of the next 3 qtrs, not forgetting £0.30m from business sale + licence income which must be at least £0.15m. Sometimes I wish CEOs would think a bit more about how the wording of their releases will be taken and stop trying to be clever. Under promising and over delivering should work longer term so hopefully next update will make people even more aware of the value here.

Really don't understand what's happened here since that Q1 update which was really positive (apart from the under promise/over deliver ref to Q2). CEO has clarified that comment but market seems totally disinterested when you would at least expect to some bottom fishers coming in.

Msys mcap £2m and Dvrg mcap £4m according to lse. Never expected either to go so low . Upside for msys could be huge. Not so sure where dvrg is going , all depends on on how they will look for finance going forwards . Both companies need to show genuine progress on business and products being taken up too .

LTB have pretty much agreed with my view re £1.4m owed to MSYS, it is a substantial value and therefore until DVRG step with with an agreed repayment plan it represents a significant risk, if for any reason DVRG fail to show good faith and deliver a meaningful and fairly quick plan to clear the debt in short order then it leaves MSYS exposed.

The reason the SP is not recovering is because no one is buying at the moment despite the low price.

From the half year 2022 results:

In summary for the six months ended 30 June 2022, revenue from DeepVerge sales totalled £546,718 and purchases from DeepVerge were £nil. At 30 June 2022, £632,021 was owed by DeepVerge to Microsaic in relation to the revenue recognised in H1 2022 and £65,610 was owed by Microsaic to DeepVerge.

That means DVRG racked up another £800k debt to MSYS in the 2nd half?
