Yes it's a gamble but then so is whole of AIM these days when companies can drop 50% in a day on a single negative update.

DeepVerge confirms that amounts are currently owed by DeepVerge group companies to Microsaic totalling approximately £1.4 million. DeepVerge also confirms that a settlement plan ("Settlement Plan") has been proposed to Microsaic, the terms of which are substantially agreed, and that it has made an initial payment in line with that plan. In addition, DeepVerge confirms that Microsaic has continued to supply services to DeepVerge during 2023, and all amounts arising during the current financial year continue to be paid under normal 30 day terms, in line with commercial agreements between the two parties.

I agree with all you say. Yesterday's seller has finally triggered some to buy in at last (must be kicking themselves right now). Company did say that for 2023 90% of their business is with non DVRG parties which could be good or bad depending the value of business of course. ie 90% of say £200k a month or 90% of £400k a month etc.

Still nothing from the company in terms of any contract news etc and just over a month to issue their 2022 results which still subject to their being audited. (worse case is the NOMAD resigns at any time and then its game over).

All that tech, all those meetings and presentations to 3rd parties from China etc, £30m spent over 21 years. Website keeps getting upgraded so is this a PR campaign aimed at finding a potential buyer for the plc or to take it private and then capitalise on the money spent being a plc but as a private entity?

Difficult to call and at the moment AIM is full of shares that hit rock bottom and then see huge gains as traders come in to hoover up cheap stock. Might happen here soon if we are lucky.

MSYS did confirm DVRG are paying for MSYS service and have been sine Jan 2023.

It's the 2022 debt that's the issue. £1.4M and if and when DVRG can/will repay MSYS.

Did you see he's changed his photo on Twatter.....still banging on about the great tech too.....I wonder who's going to benefit from that in the end? Shareholders or private management selling it to the Chinese via the backdoor?

Or even Magic Gerry.....the plumber turned financial wizard who managed to make £30m simply disappear just like that, no doubt he will too soon if the NOMAD walks and then it's private management who get to keep all the tech for themselves...whatagame.....

I hope you are right because no one has been able to call the bottom these right to date. Just when you thought it wouldn't/couldn't go lower it did, again and again and again. Of course Tom W hates it and believes it should be listed so may be he did make the right call to date. Last chance saloon before the NOMAD walks IMO and delisting. High Risk, not sure about High Reward any more if GB stays as Exec Chair and CEO. What on earth were the Non Execs doing for their shareholders here?

My confidence in Gerry is totally shot now. He clearly cannot be allowed to remain in charge here after this debacle. His legacy is nothing but failure and he has been proven to be in way over his head at DVRG and at MSYS when it comes to critical business hires and decisions across the board. The man is a disgrace, end of. I thought it was bad enough that he did that sweetheart deal with the iffy finance company that made a fortune from MSYS at zero risk in reality and totally destroyed shareholders money but now we get this brand new set of circumstances. If the company had appointed a CEO after Glen Tracey left this would never have happened. That should have been the red flag for me but I simply chose to ignore it. My fault, my loss but makes me really angry looking at back at all that social media grooming by him etc etc.
