£14m raised in a year, and still in debt to MSYS for £1.4M for 2022, still looking for more funds, something seriously dodgy here.

The initial drawdown of £4 million will be used for;

1. the Glanaco acquisition;

2. expansion of manufacturing capacity and laboratory space in the US for the Skin Trust Club; and

3. maintaining the growth trajectory of equipment production and build on the increasing demand the Group is experiencing for its products and services across all divisions.

The Facility provides flexible draw down facilities at an interest rate of 1% per month on the outstanding funds drawn down.

Frightening how they raised £10m only last year and now need to go begging for more money again.

USE OF PROCEEDS

The gross proceeds receivable by the Company pursuant to the Placing and the Subscription (and assuming no Broker Offer Shares are issued) are expected to be £10 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds, after expenses, of approximately £9.35 million for the following purposes:

· Investment in Labskin and Skin Trust Club £2.30 million

· Repayment of March 2022 Loan £4.37 million

· Working capital £2.68 million

Point taken however that APTA RNS is a true game changing event and if the company have got what they have they stand to make an absolute fortune from it globally via licencing. that would take into the Premier League, MSYS are still a Sunday League team by comparison, whatever news they release. 16 Days left until DVRG gets suspended, if DVRG NOMAD then walks company delists. Where would that leave MSYS re £1.4M owed to them? I doubt they would be first on the list to make claim on DVRG assets (if there are any). Assuming the worst case, could MSYS still stay on the market?

Aptamer supplies the binder to MW who in turn use the mictrox PD, bit sketchy to be assuming today's news has anything whatsover to be positive about re MSYS. I just don't see it. MW are a user of APTA Binders and MSYS kit. Today's release from APTA has FA to do with MW or MSYS.

Realistically, more missed deadlines again.

The matter referenced on 5 May 2023 between Fintech Leaders Fund LLC and the Company is ongoing, with initial court proceedings expected during July and with a latest date set by the Court for Final Hearing of 15 December 2023. The Company is engaged in settlement negotiations and is hopeful of reaching agreement much sooner than that date, however this cannot be guaranteed.

But, but, but.......my real concern is that GB and his mates really want to take MSYS off the market having milked it for all the money they could raise. The tech is meant to be gold standard so could be they have already got something ready for life after AIM (remember the 3 Chines visitors)....just saying as GB and NB not doing well out of their MSYS stock at all. With an MCAP of just £1.5M they could easily claim the market valuation does not support their listing costs and prevent them from raising any further funds. It keeps on happening with AIM companies and people forget that companies can still operate quite happily after moving off AIM.

Joel bought loads at twice the price, maybe he is averaging down?

If he does he will need some serious security protection as some over at DVRG have lost many thousand of pounds, some even hundreds of thousands following him. Shocking what he and his dodgy finance mate did to DVRG. Would not be surprised to the police and fraud office investigating, after all they raised £10m on DVRG only last year, someone took that, question remains who and how?

Really does look like the whole DVRG set up was fakery at its worst and can only guess that between GB and his dodgy finance man they finally realised they needed a real business to "invest" in and acquired Glanaco as their get out of jail card when everything else started to fall apart. GB really was a piece of work and really should be doing porridge for his actions, complete house of cards plc. Oh and where has the £10m raised only last year actually gone, somebody took it so where is it? Classic case for the fraud office and the police to investigate IMO.

I always wondered why MSYS never replaced Glenn Tracey as CEO, now I think we know why.

MHL, USA listing August 2023, 100% zero chance of that with an MCAP sub £15M. What would be the point?

Audited accounts MUST be issued within 6 month of period end, them are the rules. If no audited accounts are produced by the deadline, they can request an extension for extreme circumstances delaying them as many did during COVID. If no extension is approved the share get suspended pending publication. After that the NOMAD could choose to resign, if no new NOMAD comes in then the company has to delist as they cannot be a listed plc without a NOMAD.

I am struggling to see why TNT is still listed on AIM. Usually companies need the listing to raise funds via the market but RS has not used the market to raise almost all the funds required by the company but instead generated cash from HNWI with promises of huge riches to come via future NASDAQ listing with "valuable warrants" kicking in after certain $250m, $500m PMVs are hit. He has only really used AIM to pass shares to his charitable foundation. Other than that, there is only the disastrous CLIN arrangement. He must be reaching a point where the costs of maintaining a listing and the market valuation (sub £15m) is simply pointless v the company PMV of $250m. If anyone can show the positives for Tintra plc staying on AIM and I mean positives for the business, not it's shareholders.
