Current MCAP is pathetic.

Whatever monies they might raise would effectively wipe shareholders.

The key is cashflow. CSFS has hit an inflection point and is now adding to the cash balance.

The SP Angel forecast is for CSFS to add to the cash balance this year, and then to add substantially to the cash balance going forward.

And that is based on very conservative forecasts that will now need to be upgraded.

It’s a real turning point for the company. The operating leverage will now really kick in and cashflow will build significantly.

Occam, That is something that remains a mystery, who on earth does the BoD have a PLC listing that bring s in no additional monies via placings and yet costs many £000s to maintain when their source of raising funds is ONLY via HNWI who pay money direct to the company . Being AIM listed serves zero useful purpose that I can see? So far "Dickie" has not made any public comments re why the AIM listing matters to him but he has been quoted many time saying that he doesn't care about the share price as his HNWI supporters are happy to buy stakes in the company based on PMV valuation of $250m. PMVs are usually only used by companies who are not listed as PLCs ie Pre-Market-Value.......I guess being a London listed PLC has some "currency" with his HNWI he thinks is useful?

Or you could sell now to crystalise any losses to offset against any gains for 6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024.

Not sure if you can do that if the company delists, I know I had one like that years ago and wasn't able to offset those losses.

I will say it one last time, this will stay suspended for weeks, management will fail to raise required new money of min £1 maybe £2m needed and then delist to take it private and make a fortune for themselves leaving shareholders with nothing imo.
