Can't stand the attitudes of some here and I am 100% certain a few others share the same views but dare not speak for fear of being flamed for daring to not follow the party line being pushed by the sheriff and his deputies here.

BBs are meant to be discussion boards where varied views can at least be aired and DISCUSSED.

Here it's like being in North Korea, if don't follow the leader's ideology you are crucified for speaking out or even daring to suggest a view he doesn't share.

All shares are a form of gambling no matter how well researched because you never know what can happen going forwards in reality. Yes you can believe that if it has happened elsewhere then huge riches await you on any share you research and it could/would/should happen here but nothing is ever guaranteed on any share.

US court action settlement and licence agreement with CDE

CDE is a US based privately owned capacitor manufacturer with over 35,000 customers worldwide. It is also the largest manufacturer of power capacitors in North America.

Wouldn't there be compensation due re legal fees and duration of the infringements that would be valued in some way?

I do like the fact that the hearing on Friday was held in the same court as CPX won their previous claim or it that irrelevant re Maxwell rather than Loxus case?
