CAP-XX current cash reserves are approximately A$0.5m, but it is expecting a payment of A$2.1m in the coming weeks for its Australian Tax R&D Rebate for 2022/23.

FWIW it looks like GST is going through a transition phase as long term stale bulls move out and fresh blood comes in.

That will take time to complete and create alot of volatility both ways until some official news is released.

For now and as seen over recent days, I suspect there are more potential sellers than buyers out there all imo of course.

That's an awful lot of shares out there, god knows how many 0.6/0.7 stale bulls from way back when could be selling after waiting so long for any action here.

Guess the value of sales that were completed during patent must be significant enough for CPX to have got embroiled in the US legal system then? Does the outcome also mean good news for CPX doing business in the USA seeing as the CEO announced a number of new sales hires and partnerships in the USA this year?

So in simple terms, looks to me like Maxwell (Tesla) have fessed up to infringing CPX patent(s), now its just a matter how to settle on the relevant royalty monies due and future payments to CPX?

Yes of course Maxwell (aka Tesla) have the financials to support legal actions and may seek to tie up CPX in endless legal actions whatever decision comes this latest Pre-Settlement Meeting, but no one actually knows and anyway, a settlement might be their preferred route now as you could just as easily argue that Maxwell (aka Tesla) might just accept the reality of CPX lawyers case being proven and just want to get on with doing business for their super trucks with CPX instead. They could easily afford it after all from pocket change.

Your comment is interesting but flies in the face of the trading update issued on 3 November, I quote:
