I try to avoid any company with CLINs in play, rarely ends well...most CLINs are seen as lenders of the last resort and Interest + charge for use seem extortionate to me. Most companies going down the CLIN route do so because they have exhausted all other lending options. The only winners when CLINs show up are usually the CLIN provider and the Directors who keep their jobs etc. Shareholders are heir last and least concern, seen it so many times elsewhere.

IMO I would treat this with caution, only put in what you can afford to lose unless they can provide a meaningful update on their fashion app.

Really is a disgrace that this kind of thing keeps on happening across the small cap companies out there. How are management allowed to get away with such useless efforts to run their businesses in a way that any limited company would find impossible to get away with.

Regulators and Accountants are utterly irrelevant and useless in the small cap world and seem to be only in place to allow these kind of companies to keep trading way beyond their actual capabilities.

Problem is their are so many hangers on (lawyers, accountants, advisors etc etc) creaming off profits on basically rubbish businesses and they never get punished for their actions. It's always little private shareholders. Sick of seeing the word "portfolio investments" used to describe shares in these type of companies, they should be called bets because that is what they are and it's not "investing" buying these type of shares - it's "Gambling".
