One possible explanation for the fall in the price since the confirmation of Schurter's shareholding could be one or more placees + House Broker placing a long line of shares to be sold down over time. I have seen it elsewhere and it can be a huge drag on the share price, leads to unexplained falls, then people panic and sell and so it goes on and on.

Sentiment has been destroyed in the process.

I would like to see CPX offer us something positive by issuing a solid trading update for quarter from 1 July to 30 Sep and that might part explain Lars extended stay in Australia.
