Core Lithium [see KDNC.PL today] - their off-take partner is a Chinese co and they are also A TESLA SUPPLIER. However, from Darwin, Australia, Core*s lithium is going to be shipped to Asia and or is what is being implied as close to Asia from Darwin.

These new Mexican articles coming out are not from yester year but came out as a result of what is going on currently ie Mexico wants a greater participation in the lithium industry and speculation in mining concessions dated 26.3.21.

If this was NOT so, then Mr David Lenigas NEED NOT REPLY to the tweet sent to him relating to the news about BCN-Ganfeng - TESLA.

If the whole picture is not posted, then what does 243 Million tonnes of lithium in Sonora mean? It has to have a perspective to another lithium country*s reserves ie Bolivia.

Kiran Mozaria, CEO, KDNC in his latest video interview [on KDNC Twitter feed], he said that Finnis [Core Lithium] is Australia*s next lithium producer.

I had posted much earlier that Core raised $40m with international institutions and was looking to buy into NEARBY licences. The above is therefore the results of their statement which was also in their RNS/ANN.

Finnis is Australia*s LOWEST cost next lithium producer and HIGHEST GRADE. It is also close to Darwin port and ease to ship to Asia. Core*s OFF-TAKE partner is a supplier to TESLA [see Seeking Alpha article below this post for the link].

Finnis *s capex is also very low - from recall $50-80m?

Why post the above? Folks can say, we knew all this? Folks may not have realised that post revised SLL JV BCN-Ganfeng, 50% 50%, it means that GANFENG ALSO OWN 50% OF SLL, THE HOLDING CO FOR ALSO MEXALIT and therefore BCN*s holding of previous 70% as above is NOW 35%.

HENCE, REM*s [renamed Cadence Minerals, KDNC] 30% vs 35% BCN & 35 % GANFENG [previous 70% BCN].

There are many other such info from Mexico on this and "everyone" is talking about this. In fact, that is how the Head of State of Bolivia has gone to Mexico to inform on their lithium etc and what is happening there.

I cannot provide all these other links as it may be too ? ...especially it is mentioning X co etc.
So, up to each one to research themselves. Suffice to say, there are now 2 articles given. I have not yet looked for more as its all in their language and it takes loads of time to read.

After telling DL, he replied. The above article has also been sent to him and KDNC.

Whether it will be RNS*ed or not, I do not know but REM RNS*ed the Tesla deal, hence why even Nasdaq picked up on it as Tesla is listed in the USA.

My Comment:
Most people then would not have seen the above from Nasdaq - there is NO CEO of Bacanora Lithium comment etc as it was DL who got the contract and hence REM is named also.

The above from Sonora was GOING TO TESLA GIGAFACTORY NEVADA.

Yesterday*s article gives the same specifications ie SONORA LITHIUM GOING TO TESLA, NEVADA AND TRANSPORTED THERE. I cant give the link as its in Mexican but it is on Twitter #kdnc thread. If you can do the link, then post by all means.

I have just posted an article dated 25 Mar 2021 [Thur] that the Gan-BCN lithium is going to Nevada, USA Tesla. It will transported to the USA. Better still, BCN*s CEO, Secker commented as well on this. I have sent it to David Lenigas and KDNC on Twitter.

Well, that ends the story - it was like before as in the days when DL got the Tesla lithium contract from them to supply Sonora, Mexico lithium.

BACK TO SQUARE 1 [all co*s want a competitive price - it was then and will be now as nom].

As said, REM*ers need NOT have lost on their investments if that Tesla deal had not been stopped out by the board as DL said yesterday.

I try to get MORE than 1 article to confirm the news from Mexico.

I have found another one and it is from another publication that the Gan-Bcn Sonora lithium is going to the world*s richest man, E.Musk.

I have sent it to DL but not KDNC.

To me, it means that LONG AGO, when DL-REM said they got the T ESLA deal for Sonora Lithium, it should have sent REM-Bcn on its way. Then, it would be easier to raise funds with Tesla off-take.

However, we now learn from DL that the board "K"ed it and so the excuse was X and Y. However, the cost of Sonora Lithium is lower than norm @$900 or less from all reports. So, how could it be that it could not be sold to Tesla when others were selling up to $4k even. Lithium at its height was some $18k from reports?

So, that is how the whole WHEEL CAME OFF REM and how DL got the "B".

Now, oh, its back to Tesla again, hence DL stunned himself and his candid response.

Well, it is possible that a nice price is also wanted NOW as it was THEN.

So, hence the story of REM ends.

PROOF-Its back to Square 1 and Tesla to take all the lithium from Sonora kinda thing.

1] I usually check MORE than 1 source if I have the time. I spent time last night doing so. ALL THE SOURCES FROM MEXICO SAY THAT THE SONORA LITHIUM IS GOING TO THE USA - TESLA, not Asia Tesla etc.

2] Journalists etc show:
-Pic of Ventana being cleared.
-Still video of Sonora with running commentary in their language.
-Pics of the lithium
-Overhead or sat pic of Sonora to NEVADA Tesla ie 13 hrs+
-Video information that SONORA has gone to "3RD PARTIES."
-One very long article giving a lot of details ie 2023 1s production and 2nd phase 2024 which will cost $350m+ Secker is also interviewed by this more usual publication and he said something like he hopes the govt will honor the contract "made 10 yrs ago." This is PRIOR to yesterday*s Reuters article.

REUTERS ARTICLE
This article quotes Mex press asking about the licences and in specific mentioned the Gan 22.5% increase TO 50% at ~Sonora. In the long article above, it seem that more than 50 licences have been issued and they have found that it is in the main going to Canadian co*s [listed] that have little capital and therefore by extension they conclude - deem it is for "speculation." That was the title of the Reut article. In the video, the mention of 3rd parties now transpires in the Reuts article who they mean.

So, the objection is the 22.5% to 50% per Mex press as it is specifically mentioned. Given this is the world*s No 1 lithium project, well, all eyes are on it including Mex elites, press, publication and govt and finally HEAD OF MEX GOVT.

So, BXN did know given what Sec said to the Mex press.

I am sure you and Barksy1 catch the drift? It was the Mex gov interested in the lithium. However, the press & folks do not appear happy with the sale of concessions [lithium?] per the said Returer report or that is the drift? Anyhow, it also means that SONORA got highlighted in the Reuts report and in species, the 25% to 50%?

That was what we were discussing ie in that it will mean the GREATER JV LANDS.

Q here is whether they will locate the battery manufacturing in Mexico for Foxconn, Ford etc or will it still go to the USA to Tesla? Or will Tesla move to Mexico adlthough less likely?

This lithium story is big news as with critical metals for EV*s etc. I have just tweeted about Canada protecting their critical minerals, so this could mean a much tighter market given the US gov wants to locate Livent, Tesla to Canada due to issues of mining in the USA. Well, that was behind closed doors so no details as to what the 30 American firms were told in the S EC meeting including Livent, Tesla and who else one is not aware of.

Everything is revolving around lithium and the battery metals.

Ref: MEXICAN ARTICLE OUT TODAY at almost the same time as the Reuters article about the Mexican govt and greater involvement in lithium - DL did not know about the Mexican article and so it was good he decided to click on the link to read. It was in Mexican and therefore it was more for the Mexican internal market rather than international news via Reuters.

The Mexican article said GANFENG-BCN SONORA lithium was going to THE USA - TESLA.
This must have been stunning even to DL so he tweeted a reply which Barksy1 posted also on KDNC forum.

Well, on BCN they dont know about the Reuters story nor the Mexican one out today.

If one just read the Reuters story, then one knows that the specifics was on BCN-Gan mentioned.

So, the Mexican one is to reveal that the SONORA -MEXICO LITHIUM IS GOING TO USA-TESLA. In this Mexican article there is no mention that Sonora lithium was going to Asia-China so they may not know about this. All they know is that it is now going to TESLA-USA.

So, that now changes THE SITUATION- THE MEXICAN GOVT WILL KNOW AS IT IS A MEXICAN ARTICLE.

Well, its now going to stun even the Mexican govt and the Head of Mexico?
