To me, to be part of the world No 1 lithium deposit at Sonora and its history is really something that is of interest.

Barksy1 was also in REM plc from the early days, so was Phalen etc.

No one was disputing each other-such goodwill existed.

So, for us, at least, it is something that is so rewarding ie to have been on the drilling and understanding exploration which has stood me in good stead when it came to the next exploration play. A big learning curve for all of us.

Dont talk about me, the WHOLE OF THE MEXICAN GOVT INCLUDING THE HEAD OF GOVT PLUS PRESS CAN GET THEIR HEADS OVER WORLD*S NO 1 LITHIUM DEPOSIT IS IN MEXICO.

That is why I said to read about BOLIVIA the day before. Today, in conjunction with MEXICO, REUTERS COVER THE MEXICO SONORA STORY WITH BOLIVIA and what the Head said.

An Over-T, FOR LITHIUM-that*s in the Reuters story of today.

Then came the SHOCKING REVELATION THAT THE SONORA LITHIUM IS NOW GOING TO THE USA - TO TESLA. That I did not know nor did DL? It was said that Sonora lithium was going to China and Asia - BCN*s CEO said that on Crux Inv video interview, 3 wks ago.

So, the MEXICAN ARTICLE in Mexican was sent to DL and that*s how he responded to this new article from Mexico out today.

WHY DID DL GO TO TESLA IN THE USA AND POSTED A PICTURE OF HIM IN THE TESLA FACTORY under REM plc?

Then came the news that BCN [REM] signed an agreement with TESLA. THAT SHOCKED EVERYONE IN THE PRESS AS WELL as in surprise as no one managed to get that type of contract from Tesla. I think another co was also in the frame but I did not pay attention to this other story at the time.

Everyone at REM plc just went ga ga and it was a wild time with the news about Tesla. When it was cancelled or did not go ahead, everyone as in folks got really confused and then.....

NOW, OF COURSE WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.

ITS FROM DL HIMSELF ON WHAT HAPPENED AND OF COURSE SHOCKING TODAY THAT SONORA LITHIUM WILL GO TO USA -TESLA!!??

So, there were never any PICS OF BCN GOING TO TESLA FACTORY TO MEET ELON OR THE EXECUTIVES TO GET THE CONTRACT WITH TESLA. So, what can one think except that REM PLAYED A ROLE IN THE SONORA STORY?

Nothing wrong with that-that*s history that cant be wiped out?

REM plc - we were NEVER TOLD even then on London South East REM PLC forum via RNS that REM FUNDED VENTANA.

Its OBVIOUS REM *S 30% EQUITY MEANS THAT IT IS THE GREATER JV LANDS - this is what the 30% JV stake relates to.

IF THIS WAS NOT FUNDED BY REM, then what part of SONORA would not exists ie the 50% part?

What has Ventana to do with REM plc?

My goodness, that*s all I can say.

Lastly, we are part of REM plc with David Lenigas as Chairman.
There was a shell that D.Lenigas reversed into and renamed it REM plc.
The BUSINESS that REM plc EMBARKED ON WAS SONORA.
Us on the London South East REM plc forum saw the initial REM FUNDING RNS at the time.
What was it for? SONORA DRILLING.
Everything was SONORA, SONORA.

So, if folks NOW say its NOT REM PLC AND SONORA, that* fine - each to their own.

I note that its hours now and its still on the same subject. SO MUCH TO LOOK FORWARD TO AS SONORA COMES ON STREAM AND REM PLC*S 30% JV CAN ONLY BE POSITIVE FOR SHAREHOLDERS? THAT IS THE IMPORTANT THING - REM* S 30% IS PART OF SONORA, NO 1 RANKED RE; GREATER SONORA LANDS.

I never went to REM AGM*s nor KDNC AGM*s so I only take what is on Twitter as from DL and the RNS*s from REM plc.

A whole bunch of us ie Pensionpot, Isdeer and one more chap that has now deleted his account were there RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING, me at the TIME OF THE 1ST FUNDING of REM for Sonora.

So, if history is going to be changed by your good selves that REM plc did NOT finance the Sonora drilling and that NO, Money Week is WRONG as well and MIDAS DAILY MAIL ONLINE in their 2014 tip on REM plc, that*s fine.

However, we are NO LONGER children. I watiched some kids years ago and one say, No its not and another Yes, it is.

So, if you dont mind, I will take my leave and if you wish to SAY ITS WRONG, I did say take it to MONEY WEEK as I have provided the evidence.

Otherwise, what would PENSION POT, ISDEER and myself etc be wanting to invest in REM plc for except pension pot and I were for SONORA and Isdeer for Greenland.

That will have to be decided between Ganfeng and Bacanora and will have nothing to do with REM plc unless they get together with Bacanora to form 30% + 35%= 65% otherwise, the 1% is CRUCIAL FOR OPERATORSHIP OF SONORA eg how Ganfeng paid US$16m to Lithium Americas to gain 1% so that their share comes to 51% from 50%.

That is another day in the coming future as and when.

Ah so, GRANTING OF SECUIRITY CAN BE DONE AS IS DISPOSAL SALE OF REM JV?

Now that SONORA is hitting the news via Reuters, Mining .com etc, out come this latest article from MEXICO itself [not in English] that SONORA LITHIUM IS NOW REVEALED NOT TO BE GOING TO ASIA-CHINA as per the original BCN presentation [Obs gave me the link] but to TESLA-USA!!!??

BACK TO SQUARE 1- REM PLC GOT THE TESLA CONTRACT- MR LENIGAS POSTED THE PIC OF HIM VISITING TESLA -USA AND THEREAFTER GETTING THE TESLA AGREEMENT FOR SONORA LITHIUM.

REM plc has NOTHING to do with VENTANA. That is and was EVER belonging to BCN as far as history goes? Hence, why REM plc has no meaningful share in Ventana, Sonora of which it is now subject to Bacanora-Ganfeng as reported in the press. REM plc has the 30% share in the JV LANDS AT SONORA ie El Sauz 1, El Sauz and Fleur.

I was present shortly after REM plc was renamed and the 1st project that REM plc took on was SONORA Lithium project. ALL THE REM PLC RNS*S REFER.

Otherwise, how could Lord Colin Orr Ewing [RIP] have got involved with REM plc when Bacanora was solely Canadian listing. What was the connection wherein Bacanora became JV partners with REM plc? Surely, to give 30% of the GREATER SONORA JV LANDS OF WHICH THE BULK OF THE LITHIUM DEPOSIT [250 years mine life potentially] LIE IS ONE PRIZE?

Mr Lenigas has replied to the news article just out from Mexico about BCN-Ganfeng selling the SONORA LITHIUM production output to TESLA IN THE USA although the original was to go to Asia.

This article in Mexican, also out today, Thur 25.3.21 was sent to Mr Lenigas who was the one to have GOT THE REM-TESLA DEAL FOR SONORA LITHIUM.

Mr Lenigas*s reply is on the KDNC.PL page which I have just posted.

Mr Lenigas, former Chairman of REM plc who financed the Sonora lithium drilling otherwise Sonora lithium would not exist today has replied to the news report just out from Mexico today that Ganfeng-Bacanora is going to sell the lithium [originally destined for Asia] to TESLA in the USA.

Mr Lenigas got the TESLA CONTRACT for SONORA LITHIUM UNDER REM PLC.

Mr Lenigas reply to the new article directed to him:

"I had them with a deal with TESLA and current board killed it. Funny how they want back in. Great anyways. Great for #KDNC." This response was also sent by Mr Lenigas to CADENCE MINERALS PLC ON TWITTER @CadenceMinerals.

SO, $36,000 QUESTION:

Is this the same Tesla REM deal - agreement done by David Lenigas under REM plc?

One for the future to ask? Now that the news is out from Mexico, let*s see what transpires as to how from Asia it is now going to the USA -to Telsa, as it once was destined for under REM, DL who got the agreement?

I have just read the article just out:

"Ganfeng Lithium is a partner of TESLA. ..the Asian co intends to TRANSPORT TO THE US, THE LITHIUM that Bacanora will extract from Mexican soil a of 2023.

FOR THE 2ND STAGE OF THE SONORA LITHIUM PROJECT THAT WILL BEGIN IN 2024, in which production will be increased to 35,000, Bacanora has signed with Ganfeng that the latter can increase its purchase to 75% of the total lithium produced at a price set by the market."

"1st production 17,500 tons at end of 2023."

My comment:
From the BCN presentation that Observer842 gave me a link to, it said that BCN*s lithium is bound for Asia, NOT US. So, this is a NEW DEVELOPMENT.

2nd - THE 2ND STAGE 35,000 TONNES INCREASED PRODUCTION was NOT CONFIRMED ANY where as far as I know. It was just a proposal but nothing firm but this appears to have a date ie 2024 FOR THE 2ND STAGE.

As I discussed earlier in this forum about the train merger between US, MEXICO AND CANADA, it would now appear that Ganfeng*s lithium from BCN is now DESTINED TO GO TO TESLA!!!??/

REM - MR DAVID LENIGAS, CHAIRMAN OF REM PLC GOT THE TESLA CONTRACT FOR SONORA LITHIUM and he posted a picture of himself at the TESLA FACTORY.

So, after 1 night of intensive discussion on Wed, 24.3.21 on this forum and the shock of what I learnt, the MEXICAN GOVT AND PRESS HAVE ALSO CLUED ABOUT SONORA NOW.

If and when they find that the operator of SONORA has to be 66.5%, I am not sure if their blood pressure might rise as is norm when one gets a shock?

WELL, REM IS NOT INVOLVED AS IT HAS 30% FROM DAY 1 AND STILL INTACT OF SONORA.

AH, IF ONLY MR LENIGAS IS NOW IN CHARGE - HE COULD SPEAK TO THE MEXICAN GOVT.
NOW, THE BALL GOES TO BCN - its the 50% OF THEIR SONORA THAT IS NOW IN THE NEWS THAT HAS GONE OUT OF BCN*S HANDS.

Mr Lenigas was going to develop SONORA as far as I can or could ascertain as there is no info that if BCN WAS TAKEN OVER BY REM, HE WAS GOING TO SELL 50% OF SONORA TO ANYONE ELSE. However, the press asked about Ganfeng INCREASE STAKE FROM 22.5% TO 50% IN SONORA.

As discussed on this forum last night, that MEANS GAN NOW OWNS 35% OF GREATER SONORA because BCN*S ORIGINAL 70% JV WITH REM HAS DECREASED BY 50% TO JUST 35% AFTER THIS TRANSACTION MENTIONED BY REUTERS? So, now 35% GAN , 35% BCN AND 30% REM [ORIGINAL %].
